Hey! I'm hoping some of you might have either some good experience or advice on how to proceed. I'm working on starting my own private practice and am thinking about how to have these conversations with my clients. I have been seeing most of my caseload for over a year and a half. There will be circumstances where they want to follow me to my new practice. I'm not sure how to approach that situation, because as far as I'm aware I am unable to see my clients for a year after leaving the platform. Thoughts? Thank you!

Hey! I am 30f and just moved to Uptown and am hoping to make some friends. I moved to Chicago a year ago from Indiana, so I haven't had much of an opportunity to meet people. I work from home so that is tough too (no coworkers). Are there events or anything I can go to, or maybe other people looking for friends? Or even other subreddits I can join? TYSM!
