How much FPS is expected on a laptop with RTX 5090 playing with 4k resolution, max setting on AAA games?

Above is my average FPS, Temp etc per Razer Cortex

When I search on youtube, it only shows desktop version of rtx 5090 which is not fair. They draw up to 550 watt vs laptop up to 150 watt ( maxed out at 175w ish). That's 350% more!

What is the satisfactory FPS on aaa games for high end laptops? I play FC 26 online and RDR2, 4K resolution, ultra texture, etc...

My laptop & Monitor: Acer Predator Helios 18, RTX 5090, CPU 275HX, 64GB RAM (monitor Alienware 32 4K QD-OLED - AW3225QF)

CPU Temp from 105c to 66C and doubled FPS after liquid metal to PTM7950 and BS3 PRO cooling pad

I play at 4k ultra max setting (native resolution). During the gaming, temp used to go to 105c despite having the IETS blasting. Then, I opened the heat pipes and saw the liquid metal was pulled to the side creating super hotspots. I ordered PTM7950 to replace the GPU's thermal paste and the LM on CPU. Then I saw everybody talking about FlyDigi BS3 Pro and got it. Wow! this cooling pad is so quiet and at the same time powerful, better than IETS and Lliano. BS3 Pro does not sound like a jet engine.
