I'm alone today Ó╭╮Ò
Usually on the 4th our entire family will get together at my grandparents house, but today, I thought I'd get a nap in before we left, and apparently, they left without me, supposedly they couldn't wake me up cause I was such a "deep sleeper" I think they low-key just forgot about me though.
On the bright side I can binge my fav show uninterrupted

Saw a post about rabies, then that post led to another, then I went down this rabbit hole about rabies and bats, now I fear one could just swoop in my room at night, bite me while I'm asleep and fly out, I wouldn't even know and then I'd get rabies and die Ó╭╮Ò

Need help making this tentacle look like it's actually holding the house
I'm working on a build where a giant stone tentacle is holding up a house, but I've hit a bit of a creative wall.
The tentacle shape itself is mostly finished (pictured), but I'm struggling with how to make the point where the tentacle meets the house look convincing. I want it to actually look like it's gripping the house instead of just touching or clipping through it.
My biggest issue is figuring out how to overlap the textures naturally. If I just build the house on top of the tentacle, it looks awkward, but if I have the tentacle go through the house too much, it also doesn't look right.

I need someone to explain how awards work please?
I keep seeing posts that have "awards" given to them, whenever I click on them, it shows a pop up that shows some awards and supposedly how many more I need to unlock a leaderboard of some sort??
And yet whenever I go to a new post with awards, that pop up shows different awards that the last one didn't have, and the number of how many I need changes.
I am lost
