Spent a whole ass $4 for some pissy lil muffin I could make at home, didn’t even “lava”

This is JD, about a week ago these two marks appeared on him. I was a little worried but after some googling thought it may just be some sort of injury as him and the biggest fish kinda fight when it’s feeding time.

After the week tho his body one kinda shrunk and his eye got worse. I don’t think it’s anything that’s could harm the other fish as they all seem to be completely fine. All my tests on the tank water came up fine and I also did a 30% water change the other day.

I kinda don’t know what to do and he is my favourite
