Is this normal or am I crazy

I made a payment to Klarna for a purchase I made previously. The only option to pay I got was through a Wire Transfer, so I did. Now, the money was debited from my account last week, now it’s almost the end of the next week and the payment is processing for over a week on their side, which I find weird because I was told by them that the processing is made by an automated system. Is it normal to wait this long? What if I send a payment 5 days before due date and they don’t manage to process it, will I be charged with late fees? I am just asking because if I am required to send a payment 10 days before due date then I might not use them at all.

What should I do in this situation?

I bought some collector games for my collection. I specifically asked the seller about the authenticity of said games and he told me they were. Shipment arrived and lord behold, they were fake. So, I contacted the seller about, and he agreed to refund me if I send back the 4 games. I opened a return case on eBay, got a label and sent it. 4 days later, I receive a message that out of the 400€ I paid I will be getting 27€ back. So I messaged the seller and he not only started ignoring me, but also opened a case for the reason that the item hasn’t arrived in the same condition he sent it in, which I know is false since I not only shipped them in a casing the seller sent them in, but I also wrapped everything in bubble wrap. Now I received a message that eBay agrees with the seller and I won’t be getting back anything at all. I sent an appeal, provided screenshots of conversations and photos of the games when they arrived at my doorstep. The seller lives and owns a game store a 1 hour drive away from me, so I thought about clearing things up in person, however I don’t want to do this in case he can use it against me or whatever. So, have I done the right thing up until now and what should I do next? 400€ isn’t the end of the world, however I could use the money to expand my collection.

Would someone be able to confirm it’s legit?

So, I saw this on eBay, and instinctively made an offer to the seller, thinking he wouldn’t accept any offers anyway, so why not throw one, well, he accepted it after 12 hours, and I’m in the process of paying, however, I just want to make absolutely sure it’s authentic, otherwise it’s money thrown away. Thanks for any responses
