It's melting my brain how little anyone besides ol' Donnie cares at all about a construction project that almost certainly won't be completed while he's president, nor does it seem like that if a bunker was in there, anything would be even a modicum different in situations like these. Not exactly concealing anything by blabbing about it non-stop.
Maybe if he had it he could've staged Home alone-style traps for these Naruto shadow clones.
