I just wanted to shout out some love and appreciation to all the Oingo Boingo fans who post in here. The vibes are always great in here. Being a fan from way back in the late 1900s, when I see the posts in here, it just makes me happy to see how many people still love the band and their music.
I just saw this video of the "Joan Jett Mandela Effect" and it's kind of blowing my mind. In the famous song "I Love Rock 'N Roll" there's a famous line that starts the song: "I saw him standing there by the record machine." But if you look at the music video, she doesn't actually say that (in this timeline) she says, "I saw him DANCING there by the record machine." Who remembers that song, is this a legitimate Mandela Effect or is it "yet another case of mass delusion and faulty memory"? I remember it as "standing"... is this another hill to die on? You know how they say if you play Dark Side of the Moon with The Wizard of Oz it syncs up perfectly? Well I was jamming some Julius replays (this one from SF 7/20/2016) on one screen while on my other screen I was scrolling the X feed and saw this GIF and it was like, perfect synchronicity. I had to screen capture it. I'm calling it "The Julius Dance" lol. What do you think?
