In tv Netflix app.

Happens the same with menu too. Menu rolls/glitches with the entire screen.

Any help would be appreciated.

Update - Refund Requested, yet to get confirmation email/sms from Croma. Sales person is still trustful thought. I contacted Godrej and their technical person said this model doesn't have blue fins, when I asked WHY? His answer was - Sir blue fins are just for design purpose. I had no words after this. Yet the title stays the same, since Croma is falsely advertising.

Edit: For those who just see the ss and decides I bought it at 42k, F u too. At least take efforts to open the page on Croma and see the offers. I am not going to put in efforts explaining if one screenshot is enough for you to decide my purchase price.

Since buying online has it's own struggles, decided to buy from store for the "trust" experience by paying a little extra at Croma, Rcity, Ghatkopar, Mumbai.

Model - Godrej J Series Convertible 1.5 Ton 5 Star Inverter Split AC with I-Sense Technology (2026 Model, Blue Fin Condenser, HIC 18J5TG)

After weeks of research and watching long term reviews, i finalized on this model only to be scammed as a compressor with no Blue fins was delivered. These are plain silver fins, no coating.

I immediately called up the sales person as i had taken his number & informed them about this, who decided to call me back after a call with his manager. On the callback he explained me that "only the 3 star model comes with blue fins as the 5 star is made of heavy material and doesn't require the coating"

After multiple reasoning back an forth, I simply made clear that you've mentioned on your website that it comes with blue fins, whereas same is also shown on Flipkart, amazon, vijay sales, etc. I either want a replacement unit or a refund.

As of now my case is being "discussed" and I'm being pitched to buy another brand or a 3 star model, which I'm totally not going for. Godrej doesn't mandates regular service from them in order to honor warranty, whereas brands like panasonic, Voltas, etc do require regular servicing from them.

If they stay adamant on their made up lies of the 5 star not having blue fins, I'll be going to the store and unfolding this in front of other customers to hit their reputation.

I'm sick of the lies sold to us every single time. Buy rice, milk, or ac, they just want to scam the middle class in every way possible.
