I drank coffee and had anxiety at my ophthalmologist appointment today! I always get nervous when I see any doctor! My eye pressure came back at 19 & 21! My eye exam went well but she wanted me to see a glaucoma specialist just to play it safe and said I'm low risk! Should I be worried????

July 10th will mark 4 months of tobacco/nicotine free. Still have urges especially with my morning coffee... Gonna keep fighting...staying active and eating healthier. Unfortunately my blood pressure didn't return to normal and hit 199/83 this week...I went to the emergency room and they ran every test and fortunately everything came back Okay! Got prescribed blood pressure medicine! Gonna keep the fight going and not smoke/ loose more weight! I love this forum for all its help in my journey! Thank you!
My nephew was born and I made the conscious decision to quit vaping.... Been 58 days and am not having cravings .... Staying active and trying to avoid people and social situations who smoke/ vape. My question is to anyone on the forum.... How did your blood pressure go after quitting? I quit cold turkey and my readings have consistently been in the 140s over 85-90 .... After boxing it drops down to 120 over 80 but it's been 2 months ... Should I be concerned?
