Jku sport rubicon axle swap

I want to swap rubicon D44s into my JKU Sport in the future and want to know if thats a good idea or not. Currently on 3.21 gears with 33’s and it sucks. I gotta be on it all the time to keep up with traffic. I can get both front and rear rubicon D44s for 3k and ball parking 1-1.5k for labor. Main reason I choose this over regearing is because by the time I do gears and lockers in the future I will probably end up with the same price but still have a D30 up front which is weaker compared to D44. I definitely use my jeep but I almost never thrash and bash around. The end state would be an overland style rig on 35s. Any insight is appreciated!

Tornador/knockoffs

So I will probably be joked at for this, I just started my little detailing hobby for my Jeep and I wonder if a tornador or a knock off is actually worth it. What are the air compressor requirements? I see everyone say its “the goat” but does it not just throw stuff everywhere?

Holosun eps carry vs 407k

I am planning to take a performance shooting course in July using a Xmacro. This will be my EDC when I turn 19 (currently 18 in Alabama). Is it worth the extra $100 for the Eps carry or would the 407k be fine for this course and CCW?

Oil and cooling system

2016 JKU Sport S 3.6
I bought a JKU and immediately had to put a new motor in it. Now it has a Jasper 3.6. I want to switch to 5w-30 ultra platinum from mobil 1 5w-20. Second, It runs way hot in my opinion, drove about 25 miles with majority being interstate and when I got off it shot to 235. Any tips are appreciated as I am new to jeeps and like wheeling and need it to be relative reliable. Current plan is Rpm extreme fan controller and lots of burping.

P0420 code

I have a 2016 Wrangler JKU Sport S with a 0420 code. Sensors are not fluctuating in Jscan so I believe they are good. What aftermarket cats can I get that are not expensive? Magnaflows are pretty expensive to me at $700.
