will it even get better

so ive known her for quite some time know and i really really love her, though a month ago she started getting a little bit distant, more distant over time. then one of my friends messaged her about our (me and her) relationship and stuff, she said she thinks that it wont work out at all, and that shes just comforting me till i reach a point where i can find someone else...

when i received that through my friend (she told him not to, but he did anyway) i started crying, and i still am.. for 3 hours now...
im not mad at her im just sad that she didnt tell me that directly, and now im trying to message her and she just ignores my messages.

i hate myself i hate my fucking heart i hate my life. she was my only reason to live and now i have nothing. i have nothing. im gonna still be alive but i have no reason to. what even is my purpose in life? my life has been filled with a ton of unpleasant stuff, trauma, etc. and now i lost the most important person i had.

why whenever i get something that makes me feel better i lose it. why? just why? what am i doing wrong? now i have a few friends left and im really really really really scared to lose them.
so yeah, thanks for reading i guess

You can now play Minecraft Legacy Console Edition on Android!

LCE Emerald Launcher is now on Android!

Emerald is now available on Android, powered by our DiamondRuntime (a Winlator fork) we've managed to run the game (very well in most cases!) on Android phones, Meta Quest 2 and 3 and a bunch more devices!

Emerald is free & open-source software!

Get it on Github, https://github.com/LCE-Hub/LCE-Emerald-Launcher/releases/latest

1 year of ObsidianOS

Today (August 1st) marks the first year anniversary for ObsidianOS!

What even is ObsidianOS?

If you haven't heard about us before, ObsidianOS is a GNU/Linux meta-distro, originally based on Arch. Now with multiple bases including Gentoo, Void and Debian! ObsidianOS's core feature is A/B partitioning without Btrfs. We have our own tooling for A/B stuff, some misc tools and more!

Contributing

ObsidianOS is in massive need for more contributors and developers. For now we have me (neo), u/oddcellstudios, and Edward (u/huntedraven7), and we'd absolutely love to see more people contribute to the project. You can join a chat room from our website and we'll be there :)

But, what's the point?

No Btrfs! I have always loved ext4 but also liked the A/B partitioning scheme.. so, why not both? Also, ObsidianOS does not enforce immutability nor atomicity!

What's new that's coming?

  1. ObsidianOS Atomic (a.k.a Project Pillar): A fully atomic Arch-based Edition of ObsidianOS, behaves similarly to Fedora Silverblue but with the base being Arch. So, kind of like KDE Linux (Pillar also has KDE Plasma lol)

  2. univpkg-rs: Developed by Edward, a unifying package manager that does not stop the user from installing what they want, Random app that only distributes a .deb that you found online that you need for work install it, Whatever it may be you can have it anywhere anytime! Will come (cli, tui and gui) preinstalled with Project Pillar.

  3. ObsidianOS SteamOS Edition: Yes. No further explanation needed.

What's a good phone I could get for running Linux on?

So, I'm pretty tired of Android and Google's moves. So I wanna switch to the penguin on my phone.. I already use Linux on all 6 laptops I have, it's just my phones that don't run Linux.

I don't want something like a PinePhone because it's way too underpowered.. I want something that has decent to good specs. I tried running postmarketOS on my Galaxy Note9 once but I did it horribly lmao..

Anyway, It doesn't have to be postmarketOS, I want anything but Ubuntu Touch lol, preferably with Plasma Mobile but that's not a requirement..

Any recommendation is welcome! I'll try to respond to any comment I see..
