Sometimes I have a hard time embracing change. Listening to songs about change makes it a bit easier to accept as part of life.
Wind Of Change by Scorpions always makes me tear up a little, but it doesn't have to be a similar genre, I like many. Thanks for any help!:)
I feel like I'm always subconsciously looking for movies that have this specific aesthetic. 90s/early 2000s movies with a cool, bluish colour palette. Like a gritty and cold look to them.
I'm looking for anything that isn't a comedy or an action movie.
Requiem for a Dream embodied that perfectly for me, and I have other examples that scratched the itch, but they look a bit different, so just ignore those if it makes my request confusing. It was some of Haneke's movies (especially The Piano Teacher), Ex Drummer (2007), and Possession (1981).
And if anyone knows it, the Sneaker Pimps' music video to Spin Spin Sugar is EXACTLY what I'm looking for.

I realise that this is an abstract request, but if you were to imagine trip hop as a visual aesthetic, which movies embody that for you? For me, trip hop would look like a gritty 90s/early 2000s movie with a cool, bluish colour palette.
