Pretty gnarly. Got it cleaned today at urgent care. Leaving open due to animal bite. Im up to date on shots as is the dog. Just wanted to post on here to get some advice for redressing aswell as what to except as it heals. I really wanna slap some steri strips on it and call it a day but im no doctor lol.
21 M 5’8 170. Hi! I got bit by a rotweiler last night. Went to urgent care today got it cleaned out. They didn’t seal the wound as it was animal related. Wondering best steps to take moving forward and when it would be safe to use steri strips to close it. When I spread my hand as seen above its fairly deep but in a normal position it doesn’t look nearly as bad.
Hey all. Haven’t posted on here in awhile. I just wanted to let you all know a few things.
1: all the side effects you guys may be feeling now, it does get better. Even today i have the occasional itch to light up when I smell it, but what you may be feeling now WILL be worth it
2: i am proud of each and every one of you. The only support system you need is you; be proud of yourselves!
