My PC wasnt turned on for 2 months and now it doesnt work
It was working dine when I went away, when I came back, it was like this.
When I press the buttom, the GPU fan start running a max speed and there is no video.
Everything else looks like its working normally, but I dont have another GPU and my CPU doesnt have an integrated one.
That fan that isnt working is not connected, the others are working.
If I let it run for a few minutes, the GPU's fans stop working.
I've tried:
Taking the GPU off.
Testing every ram alone.
Cleaning the ram and the GPU with an eraser.
Taking the mother board battery off and holding the power buttom for a minute.
Plugging the other PCIe cable.
Blowing it with a hairdryer.

Fiquei 2 meses fora de casa sem ligar o PC, agora quando eu tento, fica assim:
Parece que a placa de vídeo fica rodando na velocidade máxima, às vezes ela desliga e religa de novo, mas não tem vídeo nenhum.
Já tentei retirar e colocar a placa.

Após instalação de placas solares na casa de um parente, ele começou a utilizar a energia excedente para descontar de outra propriedade dele. Durante 10 meses, a fatura de energia desta casa veio com 0 reais de cobrança, mas agora ele foi informado de que deve pagar o valor mínimo de todas essas faturas em atraso.
O que fazer?
É no estado RS, caso faça diferença.
