do I lettem know

Im a teenager and have been on T for almost 4 months, DIY, but im in the UK and have been referred to this endocrinologist thing. my parents know I'm taking T but i have already lied to my doctor about it

I will soon have an appointment with this gender clinic (but won't be able to get on T waiting list legally until 18yrs old, probably get it prescribed around 24 w the way the UK is right now)

I have done at home blood tests and have a close log of basically everything medical transition related. should i let them know incase they say its like an exceptional circumstance and can bridge the medication over, or are we thinking that'll get me in legal trouble

I have an excessive fear of needles but I've managed to do my first 4 ish weeks of shots and I'm very happy about it. I just don't know how I can keep going.

I've always had strong needle phobia but recently overcome it - I used to pass out at the sight of them and now I'm able to confidently administer an injection without feeling squirmish. Now it's just when it's ME injecting MYSELF that's an issue.

The first 2 were intramuscular but then I had horrible muscle pains so had to stop that. I think I had hit a vein and it scared me out of it.

I had advice to switch over to subq, but the injection hurts SO much more during the injection? (less afterwards which is good, but ouch!)

It's like a strong stinging pain as the needle goes in and that lasts for about 5 minutes, and I can feel it very much while I'm actually injecting. It already takes me about an hour to do it in the first place because I am scared. Am I doing it wrong? Can I have advice on how to stop the pain when injecting and maybe get over this fear quicker?
