How to properly train youngs(Fc26)

Hello everyone, I got some pretty good Youngs in my youth team but I don't know how to properly train them. Anyone can help me?

I finally finished the main quest but...

I wanted to destroy myself by doing the last run up with 24 fear and the last run down with 32 fear to unlock the ending and the last statue but somehow it's still locked.. (sorry for the last photo but I have a problem to upload it from Ps5 somehow)

Hello everyone, I'm currently trying to find any timber but instead of doing a normal run up I'm doing some caos challenge in the correct map but by now I didn't find any and I was wondering if it's the correct way to farm or not.
