The Master Carpenter is described as "A demon carpenter gifted at summoning."

During her exploration of the Castle, Dominique studied under a demon carpenter gifted at summoning. The Master Carpenter carves Ouija chests to commune with the dead and summon demons. A Red Demon painting adorns the bloodstained workshop where she practiced her new arts.

This is the 3rd Red Demon painting I have seen. The other 2 are in Dominique's shop. Why is there a painting of Dominique here?

Did Dominique become best friends with Todd before Miriam even got her first Hair Apparent?

Could she be the artist? Do you think she is related to one of the characters?

They appear to be walking off a cliff.
You can almost see one taking a plunge if you look closely.

I put my Blu-ray in the player last weekend and the 1997 date on the disc caught my eye. 2027 will be the 30th anniversary.

I did a quick search and found out about the art book, and the fathom showing last weekend - I couldn't make the showing, but I did see it in the theaters for the 20th anniversary back in 2017.

Is there anything else planned for the 30th anniversary next year? I preordered the art book. It was $36.72 at thriftbook with free shipping. looks to have 270 pages. book size is 10"x12"x 2" thick.

I hope it comes back to theaters again next year too, maybe even with some IMAX showings.

The Blutgang Sword has the parry technique built in. Once mastered it can be used with other sword type weapons.

I saw this post last week and decided to see if a summoned chair would also do the librarian gag.

Looks like this became available on August 24th 2017. I am just finding out about it now.

Would love to have one to wear to the Round1 Arcade, even without the special foil bonus sticker.

I made a recording to show how to do an out of bounds glitch that I saw other players do in this post. This has been know to the community for a while, but I wanted to highlight it again for the use of saving otherwise good randomizer seeds.

I am calling this "Moonless" because it makes cutting the moon over Gebel, and the moon in the Garden, not required to enter the end game areas. Please let me know if you have a better name.

"Moonless" Requirements: Silver Bromide/Identification/Passplate, Summon Chair, Rhava Bural or Flying Edge, Reflector Ray, High Jump or Invert.

We can use this to save some fun rando seeds that are missing the Zangetsuto, but still have Dimension Shift and the required shards/weapons listed above.

How to preform this out of bounds entry to Glacial Tomb:
Go to the hallway at the Train exit.
Summon a chair near the stair.
Sit in the chair and use the Rhava Bural or Flying Edge while seated.
This allows you to now use reflector ray while seated. Point it toward the edge of the screen and trigger the shard ability.
Once you are out of bounds here, use invert of high jump to travel upwards on the map to the Glacial Tomb.
Once you see the Glacial Tomb, you use the mini map to see where Miriam is and try to keep the dot close to the doorway break on the map while holding forward.
After some time of holding forward near the doorway, Miriam will pop into the Glacial tomb space, but cannot stay in in bounds.
Push pause when you have Miriam at a location that looks to be in bounds.
Uses the suspend function to make a temporary game save and then reload your save file.
You should now be in bounds in the Glacial Tomb.
You can now finish your rando run. Have fun!

Death and Brauner conspire to bring "sanctuary" to the cursed Belmont ancestors in hopes to alter the timeline and prevent Brauner's biological twin daughters from dying, or so was the plan....

What do you suppose the gyroscope with the glyphs and center crystal eyeball could be used for? Assembling the Vlad relics throughout time? Or perhaps it is the fabled heart of the castle which is know to allow it to traverse time and space?

Also, I cannot see yet how this could be Olrox. Does someone have a good set of evidence for that? Here I see the monocle, cane, and coat, are much more likely to be Brauner's than Olrox's.

Why did they choose to describe this new blood dress as a "bloodstained dress"?
Are they paying tribute to Shutaro's design of Bloodless, or just ripping it off the be a jerk to IGA?
Or did they just do the meme - "I made this"?

My theory: This room belonged to the unnamed Alchemist who wrote the journals and discovered the shards. A secret room where they did their own research hidden from the rest of the Guild.

There is a white shard here (Shortcut), a cup containing a substance that increases your life (HP up), and the green chest in the adjacent room contains Damascus Equipment/R, which I think has some ties to the origin of Alchemy.

The figure in the background, pinned in place with 3 spears, could be the cadaver the Alchemist was experimenting on. There is a chair beneath it to sit and observe the subject (Miriam can summon the same chair).

The Macaron cat demon guards the secret entrance (This is currently the most missed room in the 99% map posts). I believe The Underground Sorcery Lab was the home of the Alchemists before Gebel summoned the castle on top of it.

The Artwork of an "Alchemist" is from the Ayami Kojima artbook "Santa Lilio Sangre". It is image #130 in the archived copy.

I also have a theory that this Ayami Kojima art was the inspiration for Bloodstained. Perhaps IGA and Shurato (Curry the Kid) were flipping through the book late one night and had a vision. There even appears to be a "Morte", "mana rose", and Crystals in the piece.

If you summon "A mad, murderous dog mantled in fire" in the "asymptote" of the tower's 3D transition, it will come up behind you and show its full profile.

This was inspired by my realization that these images used were for the Limited Run Games cards #424 and #425 that I posted about the other day.

I found these images of the concept art on this page of the fandom wiki gallery.

Here is each character individually. I found out that after you right-click and open the image in a new tab, you can alter the URL by replacing everything after the "/revision/latest" with "?format=original". This allows you to save a .PNG with alpha channel/transparency instead of low res webp file format, and is a larger files size and resolution.
