What techniques or habits do you use to regain your energy?

I’d love to open up this space for some discussion and to hear your thoughts. Specifically, I’d like to know: how can we reclaim our energy after pouring so much of ourselves into someone who didn't value it?
We often give too much and end up feeling completely empty and drained. I know that recovering our energy takes time, but I’d like to hear your perspectives so I can put them into practice: What tools do you turn to?
