Can uncommon commanders still get results in cEDH?
I wanted to make a deck with Oloro, Ageless Ascetic as my commander but after doing a decent amount of research on what cards to put into the deck I ended up seeing that he wasn't really played in bracket 5 anymore. I'd still like to use him if I can realistically still do well with him but if not then id also like some advice on what commander I can use instead that still focuses on card draw in esper colors.
I also recently had the idea of trying to make Ulalek work since that seemed fun but I don't think that's ever been a thing and given cEDH's mindset of prioritizing efficiency over all else im not sure if it's worth even attempting to make a "fun" commander work at such a high level.
These are just the commanders that ive personally been looking into recently but my actual question itself is more about cEDH and uncommon commanders in general, not just these two.
