About 5 months ago (about 2 months into this hobby) I got a Taurox not knowing the Prime can only carry Scions. Back then (and still now), Krieg is the backbone of my list, so I built it as Krieg Taurox.
Fast forward 5 months, and with a few RTTs and a GT under my belt with a growing diversity of my list, I realized I have zero use for Taurox (especially with Centaur RSV), and I needed a Prime for my foot scions.
So I grew a pair, took a knife into the darn thing, broke off its internal Krieg passengers (I magnetized the top and modeled and painted inside), took off the top and glued in the missile launchers.
P.S: I know how laughable it is to use the term “old” is here, but I got into this thing back in January of this year, so for me 5 months old model is “old”.

I wanted to try a new color scheme for my 3rd engineer blob, but they are turning out a bit too much like….say, thousand sons 🤣
…..this is going to take forever 🤣
I probably end up going to keep them in reserve as actions monkeys instead of attaching them to the battlelines.
I had some fun with 5 men Scions, so it’s time to add the command squad to them along with additional 10 more scions to reinforce my Kriegers, cuz we all know, things are bit rough out there for us guards right now.

So the old vs. new Yarrick post I did a few days ago was pretty split down the middle. Now I wonder if the enginseer would get a similar response or if you guys vastly prefer the old metal model vs the new plastic model.
Personally, I prefer the pose of the old metal model, but for some reason, the plastic model looks sharper and crisper, which isn’t usually the case.
What do you guys think?
Can’t wait to run her next to Yarrick and Graves on foot with 3 Castellans. I’m Team Shovel all the way, but sometimes I gotta give my love to the homeless boys as well.
Quite frankly, I like both. Which one do you guys prefer?
Before I rinse and repeat for 19 times over, what do you think I could do better or a different approach I should consider?

My goodness, Invul 4 is such a clutch. Both my opponent and I did not expect the poor thing to survive its rather intimate encounter against Lion El’Jonson.
Regardless, a mere Dorn was not expected survive against the Primarch the next time he (not so) gently touched its crumbling hull.
P.S: When the Dorn blew up and launched the poor enginseer to the stratosphere. At least the Dorn did something to a Primarch, which is not noting. 🤣
