I just watched tommy g's new video and it made me wonder that if the governm3nt were to make prison officers salaries between 80 -150k do you think the staffing issue would be fixed or would people still be afraid of being around dangerous and unpredictable inmates

If your not doing a life sentence or more than 20 yrs your life is not over and you can change . Also the average gang member is not doing a life sentence or 20 years so most ex gang memberscan rehabilitate and just live life
