I need helpppp

I suddenly got a conscience. Idk why, but suddenly I feel bad lying to someone in my previous post that I played bf6 while I didn't.

So uh, is there a chance for the game to go on sale on steam? If yes, I might gonna save up money to buy it, if I could.

Idk why but I suddenly felt regret lying to that one guy. And I know I'm in the wrong.

Extra note: any suggestions on fast paced fps?

Annoyance

Late night post.

Just completed a sesh of aimtrain for 15 minutes on dynamic clicking.

So, I got annoyed with myself. Because, I kept whiffing HARD. Like, even when I tried to force myself to read the bot movement, I would always miss by a TINY margin.

How tiny you may ask? Just imagine doing a static scenario and misses a shot right inbetween 2 bots that sits closely side by side. Like, that kind of whiff. It is so frustrating that I kept on whiffing, by a SINGULAR pixel that I simply want to yeet myself to the great wall of china.

Therefore, I ask for you good lads, to give me some advice. Because this is genuinely a big problem since this problem is also prevalent in my ingame matches.

My thoughts on quickscoping

Hello again.

So, I'm bored. Like, really bored.

Anyways, I tried quickscoping for a week or two. And I must say, it's both frustrating and satisfying at the same time. Sure, there were times when I felt like aggro sniping is not worth it, and maybe I should just use braindead smgs and ars again, and I'm not a part of faze clip farmers, bla bla bla...

But, even if I kept getting backshots (a ton, my gamesense is still bad) by sweats and noobs alike, maybe I would get sniped by some campers at the edge of the map, maybe I would get no diffed by a movement sweat, maybe I would get sprayed 1000 bullets in a minute by some noob because I panicked and etc.

But still, aggro sniping is hella fun when you actually land the shots. Like there are some instances when I actually didn't believe that I could no scope a shotgunner at close range.

In conclusion, I love and hate aggro sniping. Seriously, I ruined my kdr a LOT. But, the rewards are very, VERY satisfying. Like, I never felt my dopamine hits this hard when I quickscope like any other (maybe except clutching a 1v4 in cs or getting good grades, whatever.).

Special thanks to shaggy_rogers46290 for setting a mindset for aggro sniping.

And no, this is not a rant. I'm just sharing my thoughts.

week 3 benchmark update

Hello folks.

This week, I won't share my full benchmarks because uh, idk. But, the actual reason I only shared these scores are because I saw a comment on a post made in this subreddit (pretty sure it was some guy asking for tips after 44 hours in aimlabs) shared a video from corporate serf. I watched the video explaining about a strategy to grind benchmarks. Which, I found it very helpful since I don't feel like doing the whole benchmark (voltaic s3) could be efficient to improve my aiming skills.

And here I am, dumbfounded that somehow my target reading skill improves dramatically (which is, awesome ofc) going from 120-ish score to 429 which is a very, very huge leap.

But, I can't seem to, well, improve my score at popshot (popcorn scenario).

So, I really need help with popshot. Because apparently, my hand flipping twitches and shakes due to me being nervous. I don't know why, but I felt immense pressure whenever I do popshot. Like, as if I'm in a tourney or smth. Other than that, I can barely hit my shots on popshot like, wha-.

Anyways, that's all from me now. See yall next week.

Rant.

Yes, I'm gonna rant here. Mods, delete this post if it's annoying.

So, finally had a chance to play fps this evening (or morning for some of you). And guess what? My router, decides, to off itself randomly. Like, you can't even predict it, at all. And most of the time, it happens when I'm literally on a close range duel, with a sniper rifle, against either competitive sweats with " THE BEST (put any gun name here) BUILD FOR (put any year here) IN (put any fps titles here)" with "overpowered" tag all over the thumbnail. Besides, I'm not even good at fps. I'm literally the definition of decent. I can't even bother to actually quickscope accurately with good ping, it's even worse with bad ping.

AND, now when I finally hit a good shot, suddenly I got quicksilvered (if ykyk). Like, 75% of the time....

AND, EVEN WORSE, I can't even outaim a flipaholic noob with the worst, godawful, first time touching a mouse, never actually aimed without using the highest aim assist strength on mobile fps, the opposite of brainalive while running an m4 and barely moving, heck, probably moves 10X slower than a statue due to random ahh ping spike. 1 second you have that sweet spot around 30ms, and the next second, you got hit with 6000ms delay on a singular, sing-flipping-ular guy shooting me with an ak 47.

Anyways, have a good day. Don't call me a whine because it's literally a rant. Ask mods to remove this if you found it annoying. Ignore the tags. Comment if you want.

Good day.

Focused training stuff

Henlo there.

Took a break from aimtraining today, so I checked my benchmarks score (voltaics) to identify my weakest link.

Turns out, my weakest links are dynamic clicking, stability (target switching) and smoothness tracking.

So, I'm in a bit of dilemma on whether to continue grinding 30 minutes of vdim next week, or grind only those specific aspects.

Gimme your thoughts. V_V

How 2 quickscope?

Yes. How?

Ok ok, basically I know the technical stuff like crosshair placement, aim training, read movement, etc.

But how do you even quickscope accurately under pressure? Because I kept whiffing my shots while being forcefeed with 12 gauge, 5.56., .50 bfg and .308 winchester down my throat while my lack of confidence clouds my vision.

Scout my, uhm. Yeah...

Hello folks.

So I recently got interested about the scout rifle. The aggressive playstyle potential with scout seems rewarding.

But, I S U C K at hitting heads when I'm getting pressured. Like, if I'm playing awp, atleast I only have to aim at their body. Therefore making it slightly easier to hit rather than aiming at the head.

Other than that, I also try to learn quickscoping ( I know it's not that viable in cs, but lemme have fun alr ). And, I kept whiffing my shots...

So how do yall keep your composure while being pressured as a sniper? Because, I envied pro aggressive snipers due to how well they manage their tension. While I can't keep mine in check since I'm getting forcefeed 5.56 rounds.

Explain.

For context, I'm grinding vdim playlist (smooth tracking) today since I took a break yesterday due to sickness.

So, I'm a bit frustrated at the end of my training. Therefore, I tried to watch other player's vod on the leaderboard (thanks aimlabs)*.

But, what the hell is happening? Can someone explain what's happening in this recording?

In the video, I also include my own attempt at this scenario for comparison on how should the scenario works.

I expected high level smoothness tracking, turns out, the top 5 (on this particular scenario) uses petty tricks to gain highscores. ON ENTRY LEVEL VDIM.

How disappointing.

Note: bear with my bad tracking lolz

Mental breakdown

Hello folks.

I want to ask 1 thing. How long should I stop playing fps?

I think that it's affecting my mental health. I don't feel the enjoyment of playing it anymore. The only thing I feel is just stress and burnout.

I tried to keep my calm, but I can't. I kept having to deal with no life sweats, game suddenly going against me (sudden frame drop, suddenly shotgun won't hit while hipfiring at kissing range and campers from 800 yards).

Other than that, I kept whiffing (literally the effect of stress), I don't know if I can enjoy fps genre as a whole anymore. Sure, I should stay calm and know my weakness. But, what can I do against no life sweats on level 200+ using a high caliber sniper rifle and sitting 800 yards away? What can I do against spawn campers? What can I do when I keep getting one sided match? What can I do if someone smh sniped me with a flipping db? What can I do if someone just abusing meta setups that god know how long have they been using it?

Sure, I can't control that factor. But, if you're in my situation (decent aim with all of that above stacked against you.). I'm sure as hell that most of you would crashout too.

Sure, I just need to get good, train my aim more, identify weaknesses, learn the game mechabics and map knowldege. But I can't enjoy the process while getting shot by an awp user from 650 m away. I can't learn the map if I kept getting forcefeed 12 gauge in my throat. And I'm sure that I can't enjoy learning gamesense while running into a bunch of enemies and getting jumped.

I can't enjoy fps, at all. I went from having a decent kdr to ≈0.12 every round. I quitted this genre 2 times before when I was a kid (for reference, op's age is turning 18 this year, I'm NOT an unc) for the same reason. It feels like you can't grow and flourish your skills at all. Like, at all.

And pls pls pls, don't call me short tempered, I've been in this situation for years now.

Hope yall have a good day.

It feels weird

hello folks.

I've recently got a new keyboard to use with my laptop, which is cool since my laptop's keyboard feels too soft to play cs.

The problem is, my desk is too small to fit both my laptop and my keyboard. Therefore, I'm gonna use a technique called "quake position" to maximise desk space for my mouse.

But, when I used the position, I feel like my left and right hand didn't work in sync. I also feels like the keyboard isn't stable.

Any advice?

Hello again.

Hello again.

I've recently found a problem in my aiming. My hand tends to grip my mouse a bit too hard causing me to put extra effort on moving my forearm, due to my wrist gripping my desk like I smeared it with glue.

I know this is a common problem and I need to consciously remind myself not to deathgrip my mouse, bla bla and stuff.

But, I don't have this problem at all when I'm gaming.

Why?

2nd week update (barely any improvements)

Hello folks.

Well, we have reached 2nd week as of now. And I must say, what.

Basically there's barely any improvement, like, there's a lot of scenarios where I've done worse than my first attempt last week.

However, even if it's a bit infuriating, I found out that I'm absolutely bad at dynamic clicking, smoothness and reactive tracking. Therefore, I'll do a focused training next week.

But, I need some suggestions on focused based playlists that are shorter. Currently, I'm using vdim. While I could grind vdim for 30 minutes, I found out that it is basically hard to be consistent due to vdim's long and heavy playlist. Vdim also lacks in flexibility because I can't game the whole day, therefore, I don't have enough time to put it into vdim.

Anyways, I'll be posting my benchmark progress next week. Cyall.

Just a question

I usually fumble against more than 1 people in bf6 brehh.

I have this habit of running back to cover and reload after a kill due to it being a habit I've got from cs.

Any advice?

Hello there.

I'm looking for advices from players that uses wrist and fingertip about 360 tracking scenarios.

Here are the questions:

  1. When do you reset ur mouse position?

  2. How many hours do you have to put in to achieve stability?

  3. How do you manage ur wrist movement on a free moving target scenario? (Not locked on 1 axis)

Can I know their channel name pls.

Cuz I need to watch how the hell they can get high scores with wrist/fingertip aim on 360 tracking smoothness scenarios (my hand nearly cramped 5 times).

Hello folks.

I can't use semi auto weapons jgkekxkdjeofjeitok4r.

My brain is too used with assault rifles, smg and lmgs.

I think my brain is brainrotted with spraying 🤤

Note: with the sole exception of cs of course.
