Yesterday i added a handcam. I have not really anything else that is worth noting so what should i add next?

I started streaming a few weeks ago, but i hardly get any vievers. Surely, there are some, but not that much. For information: I stream in German, mostly War Thunder, with no cam and not the best mic (logitech webcam), so what schould i improve to get more vievers?
