Does this look like it will be okay?

I know it's not pretty. 😭

I dropped my St Croix Premiere today and it got scuffed pretty bad. Only on the clear coat though. The blank isn't scratched.

I cleaned it really well and used clear coat nail polish to protect it. Looks aside, will this be okay based on my information?

Any tips?

Figured this is the place to ask

Micro gear is awesome!

Catching so many fish I was looking over. Good times. My finesse set up can cast 1/18th oz - 5/8 oz. It's perfect for this. So smooth.

Micro lures produce!

Though not large fish, my finesse set up is so smooth it can cast 1/16th oz. Lots of fun catching little fish I was just looking over.

My first Saugeye

I drove an hour after doing some research to find one of these fellas.

Now I'm ready to catch a big one. I'm hunting for saugeye!

I usually fish for largemouth, smallmouth, and trout. These are awesome fish.

My first one was 1lb on the nose.

First Saugeye

I researched my area and found a river with saugeye. I had a one hour drive. Not disappointed, got this guy at 1 lb exactly.

Has anyone tried these?

They are from Cabela's. Advertised as a fishing shoe. Seems to be waterproof/intended to get wet. I'm wondering if the traction is good?

Anyone want to give me their opinion on this braid? Thanks!

I have a St. Croix Premier Split-Grip Spinning Rod (SCPS66MLF-SG) paired to my Daiwa Tatula MQ LT 1000D-H. I currently have spiderwire spooled up.

I got this line yesterday on sale after reading good things. Has anyone used this line on a finesse set up?

Any input is appreciated!

Daiwa Tatula MQ-1000D

If anyone is in the market for a 1000 size spinning reel, I can't recommend the Tatula MQ-1000D enough.

Amazing finesse reel. I have it paired with my St Croix Premiere 6'6"MLF.

I'm coming from a Daiwa Regal LT 1000D. I thought that the reel was amazing. This is a whole new level.

The drag Diawa reels is so smooth. Line management is on point with 10lb braid.
