I bought a 2010 Jeep Liberty used a few years ago. The heat barely works, no A.C. at all, and the vents only seem to work on the defrost directly below the windshield.. regardless of what setting I have the knobs turned to. There has also been a very fast clicking noise from the actuator behind the glove box. I can deal with heat, but I was trying to see if I could get some air conditioning in my truck. I was not aware of that there were three actuators total, two on the driver side and one on passenger side. I only had one on each side. The top one was missing completely on the driver side and the bottom one on the driver side has a broken wheel. I want to replace the one behind the glove box on the passenger side also but I can't seem to get it out because it's so tightly squeezed in there. I am not a mechanic, I have a very shaky hands and I am trying to do this myself. I took out some of the parts and now I can't figure out how to get them back in either LOL. Does anyone know what I need to do to get it fixed and if replacing any of these three actuators will actually give me air conditioning or not? I can't afford to take it somewhere. If you can help, please! And thank you!
