I’ve used free legal templates before for simple agreements, but they always feel a bit generic and not fully tailored to my situation.
Recently I came across something like DocDraft, which seems to generate documents based on your specific inputs instead of just giving you a fixed format to edit.
That sounds like a step up from templates, especially if it adapts to different use cases, but I’m still wondering how much of a difference it actually makes in practice.
At the end of the day, both options are trying to avoid the cost of hiring a lawyer, so I’m trying to figure out which one is actually safer and more reliable.
Would love to hear what others here prefer and why.
