Having to take down and rebuild a rocket every time I want to do edits, having to deal with meteor showers. Getting unlucky because rockets smash through my bunkers since it was a meteor shower and my bunker doors were closed. I am trying to hit the Temporal Tear on my base game run but it is super grating with the amount of annoyances that is the space region.

Dirty brick has a double liquid lock and dupes enter with atmo suits (if they don't escape without one somehow). Co2 is eaten by molten slicksters that come in from outside. I want to try and improve decor around the base to allow my dupes high morale

Got a full roderigez where I have two of the three lines dedicated to just 10 or so atmo suits each yet it can’t seem to pump enough oxygen due to the 1k oxygen limit and I’m going mad about it.

Fun fact there’s enough pips here for it to count as “crowded” sometimes even though it has air access to the entire asteroid.

Rn I have the AETN in a hydrogen room that’s been double air locked with radiant pipes from my Full Roderigz being pumped through but I am not sure if it’s cooling effectively enough and wondering if hydrogen was a mistake or not.

Got a colony of 10 and trying to pull my run out of a bit of a death spiral starting with my food situation. I have some rudimentary Hatch and Slicker ranches but I’ve got no clue how people automate egg collection, hatching, and culling for food.

Got a simple Aquatuner steam engine setup going for my Metal Refinery but I want to make something to transfer heat from said Metal Refinery and Steam Engines. My plan is to make a simple radiant pipe loop with coolant to absorb heat but the liquid appears to approach freezing temperatures and thus damage my pipes. Help?

I was showering the other day and had an epiphany when thinking about the Five Fingers and what they represent

The thumb is the most unhinged finger of the hand, and is associated with human creativity for being able to create and handle tools that eventually lead to our dominance in the food chain. Meanwhile the Thumb stifles any form of individuality or creativity, instead regulating itself with strict hierarchy with lethal ends.

The index is most associated with directing people, used universally in western context's as the finger used to point out an object. Meanwhile The Index is about blindly following commands without comprehending the direction and reason of the prescripts.

The middle's most popular association in western regions is as a rude gesture, yet The Middle is about family, of watching each other's backs, of absolute loyalty to each other.

While the ring finger is most associated with marriage, the finger you wear your marriage ring on, The Ring as a faction seems largely about self expression, especially with Callisto's whole deal being that he made art that tried to appeal to everyone instead of appealing to a certain kind of someone. To this degree, its also implied that artists are the argumentative sort regarding each others tastes, a subjective matter without an objective answer, thus the arguments will never cease.
