Highschoolers that do tutoring, any online perks you wish your center offered?

Hey guys, this is a weird question but basically I run a tutoring software and we sell directly to tutoring centers, but offer some perks to students. This both

  1. helps students attached to the tutoring center and prevents them from leaving, and

  2. gives centers a marketing edge to attract new students.

We're thinking about expanding some of the perks we offer to students. Currently we provide supplemental homework help, practice test creation, and past session viewing. But we wanna add more stuff but want to hear your input.

Do you have any ideas or like things that you'd like your tutoring center to offer?

I will not promote - Excessive no-show rate with SMB clients

When meeting with our customers we often get a lot of no-shows (>70%). We had a phone call with them and they are enthusiastic and book a call with us a few days later, but on the day of the meeting they don't show up.

Our product is edtech but for private tutoring (SMBs) and maybe small private schools instead of public schools and school districts

I originally thought they just saw our website and didn't want to meet but in our umami analytics, I dont see any user traffic matching the people we are calling on the landing page during the time period before the meeting. That makes me think they forgot or something.

To solve that we started sending email reminders 1day, 1hr, and during the meeting. That helped a little bit (before our no-show rate was almost 100%), but sometimes we can see through the email has been read yet they still don't join, and sometimes they just dont read their email. So we send a missed meeting email with a reschedule link.

Some people respond with a reason why they were unable to make a meeting but most don't say anything. And neither actually reschedules the meeting this is upsetting.

Just wanted some feedback on how to figure this out. I'm wondering how our tone is supposed to be and how we have to meet with them.

Addressing no-shows with SMB

When we're meeting our customers, very often we get a lot of no-shows. We had a phone call with them and they booked a call with us, but on the day of the meeting they don't show up.

Our product is edtech but geared towards private businesses/tutoring (SMBs) instead of schools.

I'd assumed maybe they saw our website and didn't want to meet, however I can look at anonymized analytics and I dont see any specific user traffic on the landing page during the time period before the meeting. So maybe they forgot?

So then we started sending email reminders 1day, 1hr, and during the meeting. Sometimes we can see through the email has been read yet they still don't join. So we send a "sorry that we missed you" email with a reschedule link.

Some people respond with a reason why they were unable to make a meeting but most don't say anything. And neither actually reschedules the meeting this is upsetting.

Just curious. Gmail? google drive? google docs?

Airdrop doesn't work for zoom tutoring and i have an android. I wasn't sure how tutors do it, or if its just through Gmail or Messages.
