Nervous about selecting an aftermarket 12VHPWR cable for 850 GT SuperNova for use w/ 5070 ti

Purchased a used Gigabyte 5070 ti (GV-N507TWF3OC) that didn't come with the 12vhpwr adapter, and I've attempted to use CableMod's compatibility guide to ensure I get a cable compatible with my PSU. Between the guide and a response from a CableMod rep on another post with the same PSU, it seems there is a compatible E-series cable. I think I have this right but am still concerned nonetheless as it seems easy to get this wrong on either the GPU or PSU end, so I'm seeking any additional input about this arrangement prior to attempting this hookup.

The arrangement I will test:

  1. Gigabyte 5070 ti,

  2. 850 GT Supernova,

  3. CableMod E-series Pro 12v-2x6 12vhpwr stealthsense PCIe cable for EVGA G/G+/P/P+/T (16-pin to Dual 8-pin)

Feeling professionally misunderstood by the floor, just a vent

I'm presently a CIA senior approaching the end of my 3rd year as an agent, I've been a CA, an ARA, and presently a CIA senior for just a few months. My location, particularly our precinct, is devastatingly busy and does unparalleled business across our entire market. It is not uncommon for our precinct to have more people being seen or waiting to be seen than the entire sales floor has guests period. We're also Apple authorized providers, which is its own beast. We've struggled to stay fully staffed (though our current new hires are doing wonderfully and I'm optimistic about them), struggled to cut down on ever mounting escalated issues, and struggled to manage daily tasking such as precalls, SCMR, client followups, and so much more.

In other words, time is precious and we must use it wisely. This means rescheduling walk-ins, rescheduling existing appointments that met no resolution by the end of their appointment time, and sometimes rejecting tasks or requests from leadership or the sales floor that don't meet the Geek Squad's needs, the greatest point of contention that has me here venting. I don't know how to help leadership understand that I, as the supervisor over Geek Squad, and my team in the front, don't have the same free time and in fact are fighting for every minute so that we can meet our incredible workload.

I frequently see sales advisors free up from a sale, pat themselves on the back, and just walk around playing on their phone or eyeing the floor for 10-15 minutes while waiting for something to do, and I see leaders choppin it up at the host desk in the downtime they somehow always seem to have several times a day. Meanwhile I, also a supervisor with extensive duties, must serve as a super-CA all day booked to hell, submitting tags at a rapid clip for what is almost entirely a clientele of Apple services (who are low likelihood targets for services/memberships that don't pertain to their immediate Apple issue), and I can barely find time to coach, submit feedbacks, review escalated issues, train my new-hires, build the schedule (using my SEM's login credentials, which I know isn't policy), balance the books, check-in with every aged KBB/KGB shipment notification, manage planowipes that leave our BOP inundated with dozens of shelf-displays we barely have time to flip, func checks from returns all day, immense shipping volume, the list goes on. To the other supervisor I butted heads with, I called it a "silent struggle" because I know they would calibrate their requests from us if they were aware of it, but they don't fully comprehend it.

It's just so exhausting, sometimes I feel I made a mistake taking on this role for the paltry wages it pays.
