Which has the best beaches? North or South?

I’m from Casa and have roots down south. I’ve been south as well as chmal (tetouan, chefchaouen, a bit of tangier, martil).

Maybe I’m a bit biased but I think south has the best beaches, overall; nice views, nicer and more lively waves (Atlantic Ocean).

i will say that when I passed by Tangier, the beach views were nice .

SPUS CFD haram or halal?

Salam aleikum, I’m based in the UK and use Trading 212

ive come across some Muslim content creators promoting SPUS , to invest and that its a halal alternative to the S&P500.

but the only option I see is to trade as CFD on trading 212. I hear CFDs are haram though?

RDX gloves suck

Been doing MT for a little over a year and comfortable in general. Drills, Sparring etc.

but is it just me or do RDX 16oz gloves become a hassle when you’re more experienced and fight experienced people.

previously, I’ve had rdx shinguards which were meh but ever since getting twins , they’ve been soooo good and I’ve noticed improvements even in my movement and kicks.

thinking I should get twins gloves and complete the set

legit there’s been times where I jab and my RDX gloves get stuck between their high guard. Also, they just feel soooo clunky and heavy like Ive strapped pillows on my hands, and then when I see myself throwing punches , it looks weird idk

How are things in NL (especially Amsterdam)?

Londoner here. Just curious to hear how things are in NL/Amsterdam.

Been twice on holiday, where I enjoyed how open and calm things seemed, but realistically didn’t see it as a place to actual move to , permanently; NL, especially Amsterdam, gives off old , village-type vibes as opposed to a proper city life with opportunities and a lot of things to see/do.

I’ve especially heard that housing and the job market is really rough there (of course, it’s tough around the world but still); even worse for expats that are especially non-eu.

Straight to the point , I want a house to own. I’m concrete that I will not want to do a standard riba mortgage (so many negatives). but when I always hear about Islamic ones, which can be the same in pricing too, I at least feel no guilt.

but practically, where can I do this and actually get a home in London? What sites? What provider? Just straight to the point, not the theory talks and lectures i keep hearing and seeing online from insta muslim “influencers“.
