Inari Shrines
While I really enjoy the game overall, I feel un-incentivized to finish the Inari Shrines. Ive completed 16 of the 49, which is enough to get the maximum number of charm slots. Four more, and I'll unlock the Charm of Inari's Might. I know I need them for 100% completion, but it just feels kinda pointless. Anyone else have similar thoughts?
I've finished my first ever playthrough (on Normal) and immediately jumped in re-doing all duels on Lethal difficulty. Spend the whole Sunday, but beat them all no damage, focusing on perfect parry and perfect dodge!
I genuinely enjoyed the game - combat, story, even exploration (usually I really struggle with open world exploration games) - everything was just great. And combat - wow. As a parry addict I am extremely satisfied. Can't wait to play Ghost of Yotei!
PS: I've tried to post full clip several times, but it got auto-removed by Reddit filter. I think it has something to do either with length OR with Jin being butt-naked (before removal clip forcefully get NSFW tag haha). But you can still watch it here on my Reddit page (it got NSFW auto-tag again, had to remove it manually lol)

I guess this mongol must've honored more shrines than Jin has
Trophies all complete - Quiet wind over the hills - Nothing left to do
I rarely get 100% in a game. But in this case I just had to do some cosplay and play a tribute to Taka on the flute. What a nice ending after 70 hours.
why is ishikawa such a bitch?
I’m on my second playthrough and I still think Ishikawa is an absolutely insufferable asshat. I get the whole reserved, emotionally distant sensei archetype, but does he really have to be such a dick about everything? It feels like he constantly refuses to admit when he fucked up and instead finds someone or something else to blame.
Am I completely missing the point of his character, or did anyone else have the same impression? I’m genuinely curious if there’s something I’m overlooking, because he seems like the biggest crybaby bitch on the planet.
Resolve check!
One of the best well thought in game mechanics.
(Just trying to reach 51 characters).
some of my shots in this game after 4 years of break
Cost Of Fear end objective bug
Im in NG+ and was doing the Cost Of Fear mission but when i reached the end instead of being able to speak to the woman near the cabin to end the mission the objective waypoint to the correct location of the woman flashed for a second then it showed the objective which was normally "Speak with/to the woman" being only "Speak" and the objective being 4,7 kms away which is an impossible amount of distance for any type of tale so im just confused what or how can i finish this mission? (also i dont know if its worth knowing but i cleared the camp ur supposed to go in this mission before i started the mission and instead of triggering the mission with speaking to the man i just stumbled upon the cabin so take those into consideration if u have any info on this bug)
That almost went south.
Earlier clip of mine. I started to panic like crazy.
Kinda proud of this. I can see improvements.
I'm finally getting used to the playstyle, but I know I have a lot more to still work on.
What level of spoiler is this?
After playing in this game for about 20 hours its clearly amazing. But my friend sent me a tiktok edit where I instantly saw the scene of sakai about to kill Lord shimura. I feel betrayed, maybe he thought i probably wouldnt see it? But now the game feels ruined for me.
I want to know if this is a major spoiler and if I should feel so disheartened as to not play this game for a few years until I forget. cause I now feel like this game that had the strongest start of any story game ive ever played and now it got ruined by my mongoloid friend.
I just want to know how big of a part of the ending does this spoiler play, is this crippling to the emotional impact of the story now that i know this? Or can I just ignore what I know cause its only minor anyway?
Just bought the game on Steam and it's crashing on startup
I'm not going to waste time posting my specs, it's a high end system.
I go to boot it up and the game instantly crashes when it's meant to load into the main menu
Not sure why these play station ports are always garbage, GOW Raganarok used to constantly crash every 2 hours or so so I got that refunded, this is going the same way unless there's a quick instant fix I don't know about.
Top 3 prettiest and ugliest Swords in your opinion?
Undying Rage, Omukade's Revenge and Tempest's End
Definetly the top 3 prettiest swords in-game if you ask me. All 3 of these are objectively and without a doubt prettier than anything else in the game.
As for ugliest?
Mamushi's Venom, Yasha's Ember and Hidden Forest
I couldn’t complete other games after playing this.
I played Ghost of Tsushima about three years ago. Recently, I dusted off my PS5 and started downloading a bunch of games that were on sale. So far, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has been keeping me entertained, but I ended up leaving four other games unfinished.
Ghost of Tsushima just set the bar ridiculously high. The scenery, the guiding wind, the colours, the swaying grass, the combat combos… 🥲 Nothing else seems to give me the same dopamine hit.
WWE Wrestler Cody Rhodes talks about his experience with Ghost Of Tsushima
Am I trippin?
This is my first playthrough and I noticed something. Why didn’t Taka use the sword to cut Jin’s hands free instead, and then maybe just give him the sword? I feel like the would have been much more likely to work.
Playing for the first time and got completely sucked in Iki island at the start of Act II
When I knew this is a DLC area it was too late for me to turn back, had to chase down this hag. Not sure why a mage-class thought it would be a good idea to fight us in a close combat though :D
