Screw this stupid exam I got a 57. I have been using achievable and Kaplan and have been scoring around the 70s for all my practice exams and quizzes

Hi everyone. I have been a CSA at a very well known WM firm since July. Unfortunately, one of the two advisors I work with is unbearable- never in the office, not online, gets upset when I call, Teams, email, etc. He asks me to do things in passing (him walking into the office past my desk) and I do then exactly as he said. Weeks or days later he will ask why I did it. He is very condescending in the sense that he (when/if) responds to my emails with things like “why are you sending this to me?” And “didn’t we talk about this?”

Like NO. I’m sending because it’s 1. Important 2. Time sensative. Im asking you about an item because we haven’t talked about it.

The way he is is really affecting my performance and my goals. I have brought this up to my manager two times before. Both times my manager said to communicate better. No offense, but how the hell am I supposed to do that when I’ve tried EVERYTHING.

I’m meeting with my manager this afternoon and could use some advice. I have documented everything. Today had been my last straw and I’m on the verge of tears.

I work extremely hard, organized, smart, and quick on my feet. I have obtained my series 7 and SIE.

Would it be worth it to look elsewhere? What could I pivot to if so?

I bought him some scout tickets for the game on May 8th. Would this suffice as a birthday gift or should I try and book a tour or a meet the players thing too?

Money really isn’t an issue, but I haven’t seen anything about booking a VIP experience individually. If you could please leave some tips or advice or prices that would be great.
