Would anyone else have put something so dirty onto their kitchen counter?!

In the episode when POS husband Ray went golfing while Debra went camping with the kids, she came home filthy and mentioned how she was so sick of the mud, etc. Then she took her filthy, muddy bag and plopped it up on the kitchen counter where the cutting board is. I couldn't believe anyone would have done such a thing. If that bag had to come into the house at all, it should've stayed on the floor. I would have left a bag like that on the garage floor and unpacked it there.

This made no sense.

I started Wegovy last September (almost a year) and have not lost weight.

It's so frustrating, and seeing everyone's success stories, I feel like such a loser (no pun intended). I told my provider that I'm ready to throw in the towel because it's not working, and they're switching me to Zepbound. I've been encouraged to finish my Wegovy doses (one more 1.7 mg this week) and then next week I'll start the Zepbound 7.5 mg. I've been advised that I should give that one a chance for a few months before deciding whether it's working or not. Ugh, is there anyone else out there that is at pretty much the same weight you started at? I've fluctuated a few pounds down and back up, but TBH I could do that before any drugs.

EDIT:

Thanks to some of you for your kind words and encouragement. That's what I was looking for.

Yes, I make an effort to exercise, including cardio and free weights.

Yes, I tracked my diet at first but it was hard to keep up with that. I definitely focus on consuming a lot of protein. I do eat small portions, and often will eat only half a sandwich and pack up the other half to eat later. We buy whole grain bread with some protein, like Dave's bread. I do get hungry and snack on junk sometimes. I eat fresh fruit every day. I was eating salads more often before the whole explosive diarrhea scare.

I think I need to get back to tracking my diet. Any suggestions of apps people use would be appreciated. I had success in the past on the keto diet, so I'm thinking cutting carbs will help me.

Also, I don't know why I was surprised by this, but I really was discouraged by all the downvotes. Way to kick a person when she is down.
