Asking for my girlfriend, who's from 19 countries. She just responded to her RFE on I140 NIW (around 18 months post-filing) received as part of a lawsuit. Given the government filing for a stay with the First Circuit and then to SCOTUS, would you suggest doing PP? Seems SCOTUS favors the government over immigration.

On the contrary, the NIW lawyer (EP) argues it reduces her chance by 50%, and RFEs usually get a response within 2-3 months. Not sure what to do.

I want to buy a new bike. I have around 1.5 years of riding experience on a naked bike (CF 125 NK). But I have not ridden for 4 years. I would consider myself a beginner.

I am between the Yamaha Mt-03 and YZF-R3. A little more background is that I expect to ride the bike for 4-5 hours per week at max. Most of that will be in the city. I really care about my safety, so I do have to be really careful.

I am tall (~6' 3") and fit. I do really want to buy the sport bike as it is cooler, but given my size and my safety concerns, I am not sure. I will do my best not to ever hit +60 mph anytime soon. I also live in a rainy city.

Last but not least (although a bit unrelated), would you guys suggest getting comprehensive insurance for the bike? It is $700 (vs just $90 for liability alone) per year. If I were to finance the bike for 3.99% APR, I am supposed to get full insurance.

I passed my permit a while ago. Decided not to add it and just get my endorsement, and then just add endorsement. Passed the endorsement tests. I go to secure.dol.wa.gov  and select my name, but there is no "Add endorsement" option. There is also no "Add permit option". Does anyone know how to add it? Took tests in WMST.
