Have you all encountered INFJ men at any point in your life? How did things go? I think because of our Ni-Ni spark, there maybe a recurrent pattern with these folks.

I watched this movie recently and wanted to know everyone's thoughts on it. Esp. Bear's character.

I need some perspective, I have an ISTJ supervisor who I have to work with for next 5 years. I am very formal and professional with her, update her about my work, take initiative to discuss things with her. Yet, there is lot of distance and lack of interest I sense from her. We have staff who also does her work well, but is always small talking, asking her about her kids and all those things, is quite close to her. My supervisor very overtly loves them, and I sense favouritism. I prefer doing work and maintaining boundaries but I often feel like I have to compete for her attention, and my future prospects greatly depend on my current work. I am not good at getting all overfriendly either. I am really struggling and want to improve our dynamic without faking my personality.
