Neph Switching Me To Farxiga, Any Advice

I currently take Jardiance but Farxiga has generics now so my nephrologist is switching me to the Farxiga generic starting tomorrow. He says it’s the exact same type of drug but I assume there has to be differences that the manufacturers advertise to sell more than the other. What are those differences? Anybody ever have the same switch from Jardiance? Just wondering about Farxiga side effects, I’ve had none the 2.5 years on Jardiance.

Edit

I have stage 1 CKD from high blood pressure and Type 2 diabetes, diagnosed 4 years ago, so far meds and radical change of lifestyle have kept me at stage 1. I’m also on Lisinopril and Metformin

Anybody Tried the Angus Maximus at Carl’s/Hardees

I found it to be just OK. They replaced the limited time Cali XL with this and that was a dumb move. The Cali XL was amazing, such a great burger. Ditch Maximus and bring back Cali XL Carls Jr, Maximus is nothing special at all. They’re advertising that since it’s 100% Angus beef that makes it great but it absolutely does not!! The only good thing is it’s $5.99 for a double of pretty meaty patties

Tell Me About a Stress Test of My Heart

I’m 56M and just had a physical. The doctor ordered a stress test for my heart. I don’t have a clue what the test can find. Has anybody done one where you can share your experience? I’m quite worried and anxious about it thinking it can find blocked arteries which might result in heart surgery, but I’m not sure they can find that by being wired to a an EKG while running on a treadmill. I just don’t know what to expect.
