My cat has been diagnosed with FIP, but the medication is on order and won't arrive for up to 5 days. I am desperately trying to find the medication, please help? (UK, South West)

As title says, the medication is on order but it will take up to 5 days to arrive. My cat is already hospitalised with a fluctuating temp of 40.1 - 40.6.

I have joined the FIP Warriors group but it is pending acceptance, is there anything more I can do? I'm urgently trying to get him on meds ASAP to save my kitty.

Looking for a PS5 or Steam open world game which involves gathering resources and building stuff

Recently played Subnautica which I loved. Looking for something similar. Also love games like Zoo Tycoon and Rollercoaster Tycoon

Thanks to this sub - I got my official diagnosis!

I've been a quiet lurker for a long time. I suspected I have PMDD but didn't know much about it until reading through this sub and reading other experiences. I've turned to this sub on my dark days to look at the more hopeful posts and funny memes. All of which I could relate to.

I'm not currently on any regular medication, but since I was a teenager (I'm 33 now) I've been on a myriad of medications with no firm idea of what was 'going on'. It wasn't until I switched to a copper coil for contraception and I had regular periods that it was pretty clear when my moods drastically dipped as I track my periods.

After a particularly bad month, I finally decided to make the dreaded doctors appointment. I had written an online form and explained in the notes what I wanted to talk about so before my appointment, my doctor had helpfully read up on my notes. I went with my partner to back me up, he was an absolute gem. After I explained all my symptoms, he would mirror what I said and supported it all.

After our little rant/back story to the doctor, she simply said 'yes, it's classic PMDD, I've read your notes and with what you've said today, I'm confident to give you a diagnosis, let's talk about treatment options'. I was floored! I was expecting a bit of a battle to justify a diagnosis, but we quickly went on to talk about medications/options/the future (we're planning to try for a baby soon).

I came out of the doctors feeling happy and hopeful (definitely helps that I'm in the ovulation stage!) and wanted to say thanks to the random strangers who got me through my dark days and helped me get to my success today.

As the title says, I have 2 cats and considering the litter robot. One of my cats, who is 6 has severely arthritic hips. He is very mobile currently and doesn't have any issues but I anticipate he may have issues in the future and I'm trying to avoid things that would worsen it. From the photos, the litter robot looks quite high to step in/out of. He is also quite a large cat (length, not weight) and the pictures look like a cramped space for him, which again I want to avoid any strain on his hips.

Any advice please?

Thanks!

Maybe not the most orthodox post on this reddit - I'm not sure where to turn to. My relationship broke down and I'm feeling a bit lost about my future.

I have a lot of single friends who all say that dating in Cornwall is horrible. I want to have a family one day but feeling like I'm 'running out of time'.

I haven't been on the dating scene for 6/7 years. Where would I even meet someone? I met my ex at work, I dabbled in dating apps too but not massively.

Is there a way to organically meet people in Cornwall? Any advice?
