What are your go to laning phase combos and trading patterns?

Hey all, I’m a 500k mastery Zoe D2 peak, so I know what I’m doing, but also have a question for the subreddit. What are your go to combos and trading patterns? I think my early laning has begun to lose the edge it used to, so wanted to see if there was any I was missing, especially into long range mages like Syndra and Ori. I’ve had some difficulty consistently winning lanes I should win, and feel like maybe I’m just trading wrong.

Lauma C1 Bloom 4 star Weapon Choices

I am using a team of Nahida on field, Lauma C1, Kokomi, and Nilou. My Lauma has SMS. I have seen a bunch of options for the 4 star weapons, but have struggled to figure out which option suits best, even after some research.

What artifacts should Kokomi hold in Nilou bloom when she is off-field?

I have Nahida on field, Lauma C1, Kokomi and Nilou, but am unsure what is the best artifacts for Kokomi and have seen lots of different answers from lots of different places. I did try my best to look for answers elsewhere but failed.
