This was shared in one the threads it's definitely interesting watching it back because even before Kohberger was even on the radar the Goncalves was pulling their usual shit, spreading lies in the Media, knowing what we know today and how they have conducted themselves still spreading lies especially on the likes of Newsnatsion, it just shows this family right from the get go has been problematic.

What's going on with Kaylee's phone?

Firstly, the families gave Mowery the victims pincodes. They ALL worked, including Kaylee's. Mowery lied and told the G's the pin code was wrong.

Mowery tried to get various other PD's to download the phones but most said they couldn't. Rather than ask the FBI, who were "co-located" with MPD, he drove approx 2 hours away to Walla Walla pd. He told Chris Ruchert, the forensic phone expert to prioritise Kaylee's phone. She used her tools to do a "After first unlock" extraction. (The clue is in the name)

Mowery was so keen to get his mitts on Kaylee's phone, he hung around until later that day and took back her phone AND the extraction on a USB. He then sent another officer to collect the rest 3-4 days later.

In his reports, he lied and said they couldn't get into Kaylee's phone. He also said all 4 "devices" were returned 3-4 days later. This is deceptive language. The 4 "devices" included 3 phones and a hard drive, containing the extractions. It didn't include Kaylees phone because Mowery already had it.

Mowery had Kaylee's unlocked phone AND extraction data in his possession, outside of the chain of custody. It might have been around this time Kaylee's Linkedin was deleted, but I can't find the actual date that happened.

Also, rather than do a "full file download", Mowery asked for an extraction which would not have preserved her step data, which could be crucial for this case.

In the recent interview with the G's, Steve says Walla Walla told him a third story. They said they couldn't get in the phone at all (untrue) but Bill Thompson asked them to keep it so they could try and do a "brute force" extraction, which might take years to happen.

Bill T then told the G's he didn't have possession of the phone and couldn't return it to them.

The only person who might untangle this web of lies is Chris Ruchert, the original analyst with WW PD. She wrote a report which exposes Mowerys lies (and of her own PD!) but she has since retired. Her report still exists, and I imagine she would stand by it.

Ok this is crazy, so Steve G assaulted Alivea (held his arm across her neck and she dropped to the ground to get free and then ran away) she was terrified of him, and Kristi's own father tells police Steve beat him bad one time, so during this domestic he produced a Firearm to get Steve to leave as he was afraid of him.

I'm more Surprised by Kristi, knowing her partner terrified her daughter Alivea, and once aggressively beat up her own father.

Dr Brent Turvey spoke to Donna from Crime & justice and goes into detail about the hair, the plea, Kohberger been Coerced into the plea and what evidence they have that supports Kohbergers coercen claims.

I have absolutely massive respect for Turvey this isn't a guy who's defending Kohberger because he wants to, this is a guy who values Forensic Integrity and knows the difference between wrong and right, unlike some other experts who's changing their story more times than they change there pants Turvey doesn't play them games he takes what he does extremely seriously.

The Guilters have a problem with him because unlike some he simply won't bend the facts to fit a narrative, so he's seen as some threat to them 😂

He's a Forensic Criminologist who's worked on 75 trials, has a résumés 54 pages long, is widely respected in his line of profession and has worked on many high profile cases.

I love his no bullshit approach and how he called Sy Ray an expert that went rogue out there guessing what the evidence is speaking on parts of the investigation he had absolutely zero involvement in or was ever given access to the material.

Sy Ray was a Celluar expert nothing more, there were also another 2 Celluar experts brought in including Thomas Sloveniski.

What's alarming is there were 16 experts brought in for different aspects of the case and every single one of them found corruption within the States case!

People think Sy Rays report (that's actually Exculpatory to Kohberger was the only one) is the only Celluar expert in the case, nope they were actually 3 including "Thomas Sloveniski" another Celluar expert who's actually far more experienced and reputable in Cellular data mapping etc he also submitted a report that pointed out the Falsified evidence in the Geo Fence and tower hand offs and how the State left off tower hand-offs intentionally, like the tower handoff that showed Kohberger turning left away from Moscow before he turned his phone off thats what people don't realize, Kohbergers phone pinged off a tower driving away from Moscow before he turned his phone off and the state intentionally ignored it, its in both Sy Rays and Sloveniskis report's.

Thats absolutely fucking madness, that Kohbergers last pings was him driving away from Moscow before he shut his phone down and Ballance intentionally left out those Tower handoffs and only put in the CAST the one's of him driving towards Moscow.

What the evidence shows is he drove towards Moscow and then turned left and drove away from Moscow.

The FBI ignored those tower hand-offs of him driving away.

Not sure how they thought they was going to get away with that come Trial, no wonder the State didn't want to go to Trial.

This family is innocent in all this, regardless if you believe Kohbergers guilty or not, his family are totally innocent, they have been afraid to speak out and publicly support Bryan and it's unfair how some people have spoken horrible about them.

Someone mentioned this tonight in Harshs live chat, so I went and looked it up!

I think Turvey is such an amazing person for calling out the misconduct, he has morals and unlike the Guilters, he relies on Forensic Integrity, not some convenient made up bullshit narrative.

It made me wince when Stephanie Esq, Dr Amy & the Goncalves acted like he was less credible then Sy ray, and Turveys the bad guy 🤦

To the Guilters Turvey's the bad guy... Why? Because he won't allow this injustice to continue, why because he values Forensic integrity?

I absolutely believe it was Turvey who got Jason Goldman on board, watching Turvey speak about the Kohbergers family, saying they were terrified, scared and didn't know what to do, clearly angered him how unfair all this is, at the end of the day Turvey had access to everything, people like Sy Ray did not! He said he told the Kohbergers he couldn't assist them legally but pointed them into the right direction.

I applaud Turvey for doing something about this he will not sit there and allow all this shit to happen, he knows right from wrong!

I thought this is a good one, harsh has challenged those who believe in the evidence to answer 15 questions.

I will say it's crazy how people don't really know that the FBI never said the DNA on the sheath was Kohberger's, it was only a "Tip"...

They don't have any medical data reports for the time of death, they don't have any Celluar data because his phone was switched off, all they have is a timeline built around Dylan's statement, take that out what do you have? Grainy footage of a white car that may or may not even be involved in the murders, we know they tracked a car that had foglights (Kohberger's car doesn't) they have no plate evidence, they don't know who's even driving the vehicle, nor any proof the cars the vehicle Kohberger owned.

The reports say that Kohberger often turned his phone off late at night for several hours it wasn't unusual whatsoever & his travel routes were often chaotic.

People really do believe bryan turned his phone off and drove to the house and they have evidence of this, when they have absolutely no such thing, you're just conditioned to believe that when they actually have no physical evidence of any of it

They couldn't even put him in the House (Bill Thompsons very own words).
