Dylan's bed

These are photographs of Dylan's bedroom.

As you can see, on her bed is a pink blanket with red hearts, a backpack, a coat, and also a handbag.

Only the pink blanket was tested for blood. The backpack, coat and handbag were completely ignored (as far as I can see). Why would they test the blanket but ignore everything else? They did test the backpack found in the living room. So why not the backpack in Dylan's room? If Dylan just got out of bed and ran down to Bethany's room, why is there a backpack, a winter coat and a handbag on her bed? This looks like she had just been somewhere and dumped her stuff on the bed when she got back.

I posted these pics on another sub and I was told that these are simply the pictures of Dylan's bed AFTER the police started to move things around. To counter this argument I have included some pics of her bed where it is obvious that these were taken after they had started to process her bedroom.

Also, according to her interviews, Dylan had only lived in Utah and Idaho. But there is a Washington drivers license in her bedroom. AFAIK, you have to actually live in a state to get a drivers license for that state so it couldn't have been hers. So who's was it and why does Dylan have it? Fake ID maybe?

Nicholas Ms truck as it was found

Lana posted these couple of photos earlier on. It’s how NMs truck was found. No air bag deployed, no blood. No signs of a crash. Theres a knife just down the side of the drivers seat. Lana’s doing a live later on with the rest of the pictures.

I just know mainstream media is pissed about not being able to associate the firing squad with BK anymore🤭

They had to use Chad Daybell’s photo, which is who they should have been using all along considering Daybell has already been sentenced to death.

The other "debris" that was actually hair

I am not sure if anyone on this sub was aware - its news to me actually - but there were actually a whole bunch of hairs that were found in different areas of 1122 KR that were labelled as "debris". Some others were just labelled as whatever item they were found on. Apart from checking to see if these hairs were comparable to BKs, they did no further testing at all on any of these hairs. I managed to look at the pics and find a couple of them but I couldn't find the rest.

Why would they not bother to try and find out who these hairs belonged to?

I was under the impression after reading the Whitcomb book that it was only the hair in Ethan's hand and on Maddie's bed that wasn't tested but apparently there was quite a bit more.

Kevin Fixler with the Idaho Stateman has been secretly going head-to-head with Anne Taylor in court👀

Brian Entin put out a video interviewing Kevin Fixler (reporter with the Idaho Statesman), and Kevin had some interesting things to say.

I can’t stand Entin because I think he’s a pompous ass, so I haven’t watched the video in its entirety. But I watched a little bit of it and Fixler says he’s been in several court hearings since December arguing that the defense team’s expenses should be made public so tax payers know exactly what their money was spent on.

According to Fixler, Anne Taylor has viciously fought back making various claims that these documents contain work product, education and health information regarding Kohberger, and more. Thus claiming that it all needs to stay sealed permanently.

In normal cases, these documents do stay sealed, because of appeals and whatnot. But Fixler argued that because Kohberger waived his right to appeal, these documents should all be unsealed and released to the public for transparency.

The judge overseeing the case did make some small rulings in Fixler’s favor thus far, but Anne Taylor has allegedly objected the entire thing and it’s now moved on to the Idaho Supreme Court.

What Fixler fails to mention is what exactly Anne Taylor’s argument is. Other than a blanket statement about it being work product and such. Is she planning to appeal Kohberger’s case? Or post conviction relief that we’ve all been curious about? I’m willing to bet that even if Anne Taylor was planning something, Fixler isn’t going to tell us that. Fixler and Entin have a funny little way of cherry-picking what to report on.

While I agree that the expense information should be made public, I also feel like this is Fixler barking up the wrong tree and worried about frivolous shit. Why isn’t he worried about the FOIA documents this much? The Idaho Statesman has money to blow, they could easily get so many documents and FOIA so many interviews, footage, etc in this case and I feel like that would be a better use of time and resources. But of course, that isn’t happening bc all of the FOIA’d shit only points away from Bryan being the killer so that doesn’t fit their cute little agenda.

Let me know what you guys think about this.

Happy One-Year-Since-The-Plea-Deal Day

One year ago today the paperwork for the plea deal was signed, and 3 days later the change of plea hearing took place.

Since then we’ve learned A LOT about this case and the characters surrounding it.

Thousands of crime scene photos, 2,300+ pages of lab reports, countless interviews, surveillance footage, expert reports, expert interviews, autopsy reports, a book, and several pending lawsuits, have all come to the surface in the past 365 days.

Yet the one thing that sets this case apart is that even with all of that being released, not one single damned thing points to Bryan Kohberger being the killer.

The DNA was always shaky at best, with the defense team’s own expert saying there was no match to Kohberger. The white car on King road is nearly 100% certainly the undercover officers, the white car on Ridge road was circling as early as 12:31am when Kohberger was still at home, and the white car “leaving Pullman” is factually not Kohberger’s car due to it being a sport model with fog lights while BK owned a standard edition that lacks fog lights. We also now know that the sheath had massive chain of custody issues and it’s still unclear whether it was found on the bed or the floor and why it isn’t visible in the officer’s bodycam.

That’s the state’s entire case. The entire case rested on a sheath, a white car, and shaky DNA. All of which have been debunked by now.

There was never any connection to the victims. BK was never in the same location as them when they were shopping, partying, or on campus. He was never near that house. He didn’t “return to the scene of the crime” the next morning. He didn’t put trash in his neighbor’s can. He never touched the king road WiFi (thank you SG for clarifying that you blatantly made that lie up, to interfere with the investigation). Every single thing that the media told us we would find out at trial was never real. It was a show and a farce meant to bias the jury pool and taint public opinion.

So why did he take the plea deal? We have more questions now than we did 365 days ago. Nothing has proven that the correct person is in prison.

The four victims deserve proper justice. We’ve seen no proof that BK was involved in any capacity, but even if he was, there’s more killers out there. More killers whose DNA was also on the sheath. Whose hair was inside a victim’s hand. Whose bloody DNA was left on a handrail. Whose bloody shoe print was left in the threshold of Dylan Mortensen’s bedroom door while a cleanup took place.

It’s absolutely absurd and quite frankly I’m pissed.

Plain clothes officers caught LYING about their shift on November 12th-13th, 2022

This is crazy. Lana with truth and transparency has done several videos this week talking about her FOIA requests seeking information regarding the undercover/plain clothes officers shift on the night of November 12th into November 13th.

I haven’t seen any other creators talking about this so I’m sharing this here to get more eyes on it.

Since her first couple videos are over 4 hours long each, I’ll sum it up for you and then I’ll link her 35 minute video which is the one with the big bombshells.

Summary: Lana requested information regarding the undercover officers shift via FOIA request and she submitted this request to two different agencies, one being MPD and the other being the Idaho Drug Policy Office.

MPD filled her request first, but intentionally left out several pages. The Drug Policy office filled her request days later which included alll of the missing pages that MPD omitted. These docs are admin stuff regarding the budget and funding for the undercover shifts, the K9 dog, etc.

This program for the undercover officers was titled “party patrol” and it’s a federally funded program to help catch underage drinkers. So this whole thing is funded by the feds, keep that in mind.

On the night of Nov 12th into Nov 13th, we have the bodycam of Jacob Tesdahl and Nate Rosendahl stopping the young men in front of the Taylor Ave apartments (which is directly in front of the King Road house). However, Rosendahl is not on the paperwork listed as working that night.

The documents show it was a 1 person plain clothes shift, and that one person is officer Tesdahl.

So where does Rosie come into play? Good question… Nobody is working for free, so why was he there if he’s not on the clock and why did they lie on federal documents about who was working that night?

Remember, the DoorDash driver Molly told police she saw a man with “reddish blonde hair wearing a light colored button down shirt”. That’s exactly what Tesdahl was wearing that night and he has blonde hair. But she never mentioned seeing Rosendahl, so where was he? In the bodycam with the underage drinkers, Rosie is sporting a very nice clad in black ensemble. Ironic?

Also there were 8 drug related citations that night? Plus theft. Plus a quad homicide…? So much for Moscow being a quiet sleepy little town where nothing bad ever happens. 🙄🙄🙄

Anyway I wanted to share this because this is huge, in my opinion. The cops lied on fed paperwork about who was working and the question is WHY?

Also the cops and investigators knew all along that the “suspect vehicle 1” was always the undercover cops. We have officer Tesdahl’s report where he talks about doing the multiple loops around King and Queen road and we have the camera footage. There wasn’t two cars doing loops, it was only ever one car. The cops. The fact that they decided to use their own cop car and write it off as a suspect vehicle is huge, and could be exactly what paves the way toward BK being exonerated.
