Just a quick reminder

In light of the recent issues regarding a certain family involved in this case I just want to remind everyone of a few things:

• Don’t stoop to their level. Venting here is fine, but don’t dox or post anything that can be portrayed as a threat or as harassment. We can talk about their recent interviews and we can debunk their lies but let’s not give them any ammo to come after us.

• Don’t go “real life”. Unless you know them personally, please avoid texting/calling/messaging etc them or any of the people involved in this case.

• Keep the focus on the 4 victims as well as the ongoing legal battle that BK is facing. All the other stuff is just fluff, noise, and a distraction. The most important thing here is justice for the victims.

A few users in this sub have done wonderful detective work and found that the email address does appear to belong to a certain person. However let’s remember that he could have been hacked, or it could be another family member on his email account. So while we’re pretty certain we know who it is, it’s still not 100% confirmed. Julez has said she sent the email and the information to the FBI so it’s in their hands now and hopefully it’s taken with the seriousness it deserves.

I think I speak for mostly all of us here in this sub when I say that we stand by our YouTubers and our content creators. They’ve done incredible work and we don’t want to see anybody being threatened or harassed. I’ve also been wondering if the same “Eddie” person who sent Lana threats could be the same person who sent Julez that email. It’s easy to make a throwaway email account so maybe the whole “Eddie” name is made up and perhaps it’s all the same person, just my opinion. It’s just very odd timing that two very well known and well respected creators would both get threatening emails within 24 hours of each other. Logic tells me that it’s likely to be coming from the same individual, whoever it may be.

We also respect the victims families here, and we only call out the bullshit when the bullshit needs to be called out. We don’t condone any sort of doxing, threatening, misinformation, lying, etc. This isn’t just about one particular family, but the other 3 families (4, technically) are being impacted by this as well with all of this stuff being in the news again and the ongoing interviews. So let’s be gentle and considerate of that.

Anyway, all the members of this sub have been amazing thus far and I want to keep it that way so I’m just posting this to remind everyone not to let the fuckery get to us bc that’s exactly what certain people are hoping for. They want to divide the community and tear us down but we won’t allow it and we won’t stoop to their level. 😊

This has nothing to do with the case but

I’m at my gym working out and there’s an older gentleman wearing blue rubber gloves while he works out😭 The guilters would call him a quad murderer if they saw this shit🤣

See people really do wear gloves for non-nefarious reasons!

Judge Hippler has granted the petitioners motion for transcript

Thank you Sarah D Irish for posting this!

Hopefully this means we’ll be seeing the official PCR filing from BK’s attorneys soon👀 I’m very curious to see what receipts BK is bringing to the table for his claims. Perhaps text messages, or emails? Affidavits from his family? Guess we’ll see in due time.

Detailed explanation of what Bryan Kohberger’s PCR claims are.

I’m making this post just as a clarifying tool so people can understand exactly what BK is claiming in his PCR filing.

Disclaimer: I’m basing this solely off what we’ve seen so far that Bryan has claimed. We won’t know more information until the “official” filing is posted by his attorneys.

I keep seeing so many people only telling half the story or saying that Bryan is just grasping at straws.

What BK is claiming is not just one thing, it’s the totality of his claims when combined that tells the whole story.

His filing states that he wishes to withdraw the guilty plea and go to trial, due to:

• Being threatened or coerced by his attorneys.

• Not being told about exculpatory evidence (hair).

• Disinformation.

• Being told it was okay to lie to the court and that actual guilt was not an important factor.

• His attorneys telling him he would have a better life not on death row and would be afforded more freedom within the prison and essentially a more “cushy” life.

• Being told that “death row is imminent”.

• Being told to lie.

For some reason people like to pick one or two things from this list and single them out, but it’s not about the weight of each individual claim, it’s the totality of all claims when combined.

Not being told about exculpatory evidence and being told that death row is basically a guarantee if you go to trial, is a threat. Using his family and scaring them with horror stories about death row then using the family to talk him into it, is coercion. Had he known about the exculpatory evidence, he may have decided to not take a plea deal.

He’s not whining like a bitch about prison life, nor is he bored. It is absolutely in no way shape or form within Anne Taylor’s scope to make false promises about which cell block he would be in or making guarantees regarding his freedom of movement or employment within the prison. That is NOT her place to say that, and if she made those claims, that’s a massive issue. The only one who decides what happens to a prisoner is the prison itself, it’s up to the facility to determine where an inmate gets housed and whether they’re considered high-risk and whatnot. He’s saying she made false promises outside her scope. Plus, he’s being housed in J block anyway which is the death row block. So not only did she make false promises, those promises fell flat bc he’s still essentially living a “death row” daily lifestyle (without the death part).

But in my opinion, the single most important factor here is that according to Dr Turvey, Bryan was adamant about NOT taking a plea, with Anne Taylor telling Turvey “I can’t get him to take the plea”. This means Bryan felt one way, but his attorney did not respect his wishes and continued to bombard him with horror stories and threats until she got her way. Even going so far as to enlist his entire family to also nag him for 2 days until he changed his mind. That means the plea was not willing or voluntary. Yes he stood up in court and said it was, but it wasn’t. Him saying that just means it was part of the plan when his attorneys told him to go in court and lie.

The totality of these claims are very serious. It’s not some small thing to roll our eyes at.

This is even more problematic when considering that he is an autistic man, and autistic individuals are at a higher risk of being bullied, threatened, and can be easier to coerce.

Especially when you combine these claims with the totality of the evidence of the case, we know there’s no connection, we know there’s massive issues with chain of custody of the sheath, and a lot of confusion surrounding the IGG and where Bryan’s name even came from. It’s a hell of a lot easier to prove your innocence when you’ve got massive evidence issues, zero connections to the victims, and no motive.

I hope this clears up some things and helps it make a bit more sense since of course mainstream media and certain people will only tell 1 piece of the story while ignoring the seriousness of his claims.

Why is it acceptable to take Dylan’s word about the man in black but not about who she heard running up/down the stairs?

Why have the investigators, prosecution team, and even the defense team, seemingly accepted that Dylan must have been mistaken when she says she heard Kaylee running up/down the stairs saying “there’s someone here” and insist that it must have actually been Xana instead.

What proof is there that it was Xana? None that we’ve seen but we haven’t seen everything yet.

Dylan was very consistent throughout every interview that it was in fact Kaylee she heard on the stairs, not anyone else. It’s one thing that stayed the same even when other parts of her story changed.

They want us to accept “oh she must have been mistaken”, but then by their logic how do we know she wasn’t mistaken when she saw the white man in a black mask? How do we know that description is even true or valid if they’re claiming that Dylan was mistaken that night?

We can’t pick and choose which parts to believe and which parts to change to fit a narrative.

Kaylee’s single source blood was found on the beer pong table in the living room. It’s more plausible Kaylee was confronted and/or attacked in the living room and perhaps ran upstairs seeking Maddie for help, isn’t it?

Why does the story hinge on Kaylee and Maddie being in bed together when attacked?

This is something that has been bothering me for a while. What do you guys think?

Despite Steve Goncalves’ claims, there were NO fingerprints found anywhere on the knife sheath

This is the official Idaho State Police Forensic Lab Report telling us NO prints were observed or developed.

He was also on with Drunk Turkey last night on YouTube spilling even more bullshit and lies, making false claims about whatever BK was allegedly searching or watching on his phone. Reminder that the prosecutor in this case has made NO such claims. And anything damning or incriminating against Bryan would absolutely have been used against him, just like the state wanted to use the Amazon searches against him.

Steve is a known liar who admitted to lying to “throw off the defense team” he said this himself very recently (within the past month) because he said he knows the defense team watches his interviews and he wants to send them on a wild goose chase. If you’re new to this case, you cannot trust a word he says regardless of him being the father of a victim.

BOMBSHELL New Brent Turvey Interview

Dr Turvey was on with Donna Rotunno on YouTube.

Dr Turvey says that Anne Taylor was pressuring Bryan to take the plea deal because he didn’t want to. She told Turvey “I couldn’t get him to take the plea”. She allegedly told Bryan horror stories of what life on death row would be like, then Anne went and enlisted Bryan’s family to further pressure him and it took nearly two days of convincing before he agreed.

If true, that’s crazy!

Dr Turvey says Bryan wasn’t provided any of the defense reports when preparing for trial, and that Bryan allegedly had no idea Dr Turvey even existed until he went on with the Custody Queens a few months ago. Turvey says he was contacted by the Kohberger family afterward and was told this. Turvey says he spoke with the Kohberger family then handed them off to someone with more legal knowledge than he has.

Dr Turvey says that Anne Taylor’s office is under investigation for being at fault for the Dateline leak.

He says that one third of the cases investigated by the Innocence Project involve defendants who were forced to “confess” and plead guilty by their attorneys, only to later be found innocent.

In regard to the hair in Ethan’s hand, he made an interesting remark that stood out to me. Anne Taylor asked him “what if the hair belongs to someone in the house?”. Which he responded “well we need to find out”.

Why would Anne Taylor be concerned about that? It’s almost like she didn’t want to test it out of fear it would come back to a certain person or persons… (in my opinion, allegedly of course).

He describes it as being at least 30 strands and approx 10 inches long (he didn’t say 10 inches but he holds his hands up and says it’s about this long).

Donna asked him about the report that says the hair is Ethan’s own, and Dr Turvey says that was simply a guess by the expert. There’s been absolutely no DNA testing done on the hair to find out who it belongs to.

More Chris Whitcomb

Christopher Whitcomb, author of Broken Plea, did an interview yesterday with Lana from Truth and Transparency on YouTube.

The one with the Custody Queens was great, but Lana really knows how to dig deep and get answers out of him. So far nothing new, but I’m only about halfway through. I’ll update if anything big happens.

Also there’s a new G fam interview on Sean Hannity. I haven’t watched it yet but I saw a clip that Julez shared. SG lying again as per usual, claiming that there was multiple fingerprints all over the button of the sheath and that the state had an expert who was going to testify to the age of those fingerprints and when they got there. This is SO FUCKING FALSE.

The lab reports literally tell us no fingerprints were ever found on the sheath. And the defense and prosecution experts both agreed that there is currently no way to determine how or when DNA got onto an object. Not just this sheath in this case, but any DNA in any case anywhere. It’s not forensically possible to determine.

At this point these channels need to STOP giving them a platform to spread blatant misinformation orrrrr these channels need to be prepared to do a full fact checking session and debunk everything these fools are saying. For someone who seems so “sue happy” as SG, he should really be careful because he’s talking himself right into several lawsuits and has been for a whileeee.

At some point this week I’ll watch the full interview and recap. I’ll have to prepare myself ahead of time for the incoming high blood pressure and headache. 😅

Justin Nadeau Interview. Neighbor who reported the 1122 front door wide open 2 hours before cops arrived.

He sounds credible and legit.

He said he was walking his dog at 9am and saw the front door wide open. The cop tries to correct him, and he made it very clear that no this was not the slider door off the kitchen, he saw the front door facing the driveway (north facing door) wide open. He walked his dog for about an hour and the door was still open when he walked past again on his way home.

Hunter Johnson said the door was shut and locked when he got there at 11:50ish.

So, who shut it?

New Christopher Whitcomb interview

The author of the Broken Plea book sat down for an interview with the Armchair Expert podcast.

Link: https://youtu.be/lXDixCNau6Q?si=MsYeCrnF04mlW6Yu

It’s nothing new, no new info. But I enjoy listening to Christopher. I know a lot of people aren’t fans of him. He talks quite a bit about the inconsistencies in this case and the evidence during this interview.

At the time of me posting this, the interview has over 40,000 views on YouTube. This is great news bc that’s more eyes on the case and more people being exposed to the fuckery going on here, rather than the cookie-cutter narrative that msm keeps trying to sell.

It’s unbiased, he never claims that BK is innocent or anything like that but he just talks openly about the forensic evidence that he’s seen firsthand and the problems with the case.

Interview released via FOIA of BK’s WSU professor

Finally we get to hear from the WSU peeps that talked about how “creepy” he is.

I’ve been waiting for this…💅🏻

The YouTube channel Accomplished Day put this one out for us and I’ll link it below.

The investigators seem confused about why she’s there, as apparently she’s the one who requested to speak with them.

Summary:

• She starts with saying she noticed BK having a large bandaid on his hand but she thinks it was “pre-murders”, and says his face got red when he talked about it and he said it was a “silly accident”.
(He has OCD and we’ve heard that he washes his hands to the point they’re raw, so I’m wondering if that’s what it was and he was embarrassed to say so?)

• She said he “didn’t like strong females” and laughs. He wanted to dominate conversations.

• He would be late to her class every week.

• He “cornered” her in the hallway to ask why he wasn’t given a 100% in class participation. She then immediately says she “would deliberately not call on him because he would always be wanting to go on these monologues”.

• A student texted her and said that BK allegedly was telling other students he “knew more” than the professor due to her not being American.

• A grad student went running to their office one day crying because “he said something sexist and she called him out on mansplaining” and then he kept going with his opinion and she ran out the room crying. Says she doesn’t know if he was aggressive bc she didn’t witness it firsthand. Says she checked on the student bc her office was nearby.

• Bryan made a remark in front of a disabled student that his potential partners would need to be physically perfect.

• She says there was a positive interaction she knew of regarding another student and Bryan. (But it’s redacted so we don’t know what)

• She says that she herself had positive experiences too with Bryan. Says he wanted to study the same things as her and they had many conversations regarding that. He wanted to study emotions and decision making. In another class, he had to write a paper about a faculty member and he picked her to write about. She says she feels he wanted to work with her, but he never formally asked.

• Says she was asked by another faculty to check in on [blank] because Bryan was bothering her and she might need to be walked to her car some days.

• He would stand in the doorway blocking “female” grad students from leaving their office. When they would tell him they needed to leave, he would just continue the conversation.

(We’re halfway through and they’re basically pulling teeth trying to get this woman to remember anything. They’ve asked her 57,000 times “….is there anything else?”)

• Says he wanted to study burglary and she told him she used to study sexual burglary and he would argue that sex offenders and burglars were two different things and she says he was “very against” sex offenders.

• He would show up 10 minutes to an hour late to her class. But would bring a note from another professor claiming that he was in their class. She says the class on his schedule prior to hers is the one that he was a TA for, and he would willingly stay late in that class in order to grade papers and whatnot. She says she talked to his other professor and he told Bryan he could leave early in order to make it to this professor’s class but he declined to leave early.

• She’s saying the other grad students started a poll to keep track of how often he would be late to his “female” professor classes versus his “male” professor classes. She then says “we would compare notes” about this. (So y’all were stalking him?)

• Now she’s saying he was obsessed with serial killers. (YALL ARE CRIMINOLOGY PROFESSORS/STUDENTS. That’s like saying a nascar driver is obsessed with cars)

She’s cracking jokes. Shits fucking hilarious to her.

• Okay so she’s the one who said that in 4 years we’ll have to give him a PHD but he’ll go on to become a professor who will be abusing, stalking, and sexually harassing his future students. She’s LAUGHING while saying this. That’s very important to note, now I feel like she’s exaggerating. If you honest to god felt that way about a man, you wouldn’t be laughing. And it DEFINITELY wouldn’t pop up 30 minutes into the conversation. That’s something you say in the first 5 minutes. So now I’m wondering how much of this is exaggerated.

• Says she advocated for him to have his funding cut so they could get him out of the program.

• Now she says he was stalking people. (They ask no follow up questions!!!! Bitch who was he stalking!? I think they see through her bs)

• She told her colleagues that she will not share his dissertation and she’s admitting she made a “joke about the predator thing which in retrospect is not great”. She’s a real comedian isn’t she🤨

• Says the room was very divided regarding cutting his funding. Says some professors said “poor Bryan, he really seems to have a self-esteem issue” and she says this pissed her off to hear.

• Says she saw him at Safeway one night and he was “deep in thought” and she said she was frantically waving at him for 2 minutes but he didn’t say anything then the next day in class he came and apologized. (Doesn’t sound like she’s too afraid of him if she’s flagging him down in dark parking lots for 2 solid minutes. Alone. At night)

More giggling.

Now it’s over.

Link: https://youtu.be/xB1gFb5blVA?si=bYRrA-EFmzDNkkzB

I mean, none of this is damming lol.

She sounds like a lovely person, I have nothing bad to say other than it seems like she was digging wayyyyy deep in her ass trying to pull anything out. And the investigators seemed bored and uninterested.

I will say, when I first read all of this in the ISP reports a year ago it sounded WAAAY more damning and scary. But hearing her tone of voice and how casual she is makes me question how much is this is fluff and inflated. Also getting clarification on the “being late” thing is helpful, so it turns out he wasn’t late to be an ass he was late because he was literally doing work for Professor Snyder and Snyder would apparently write notes explaining this.

BK absolutely has social skill deficiencies but that’s the autism. He kinda sounds like maybe he’s an asshole sometimes, which isn’t shocking for a mama’s boy who’s never left home until now. But all in all, nothing this woman said has made me feel any different about BK or his innocence.

Let me know what you guys think.

I hope more of these WSU interviews come out. This was fascinating.

Question for anyone who would know the answer

I’m not well-versed about this stuff so if anyone knows or has firsthand experience, I have a general question regarding the presumption of innocence.

Let’s say BK gets granted a new trial and everything goes back to pre-trial status, does that mean news stations and whoever else will have to go back to saying “alleged killer” and whatnot?

What happens to all the documentaries and shows that refer to him as a convicted killer? Are those situations protected because he technically is a convicted killer at the time of those shows being created?

Also, I’ve heard that if he withdraws the plea successfully that him pleading guilty could still be used against him in a new trial. Is that correct?

I’m just curious how this all works.

Apparently there’s another documentary this week

Investigation Discovery is having a documentary come out on the 6th called “Catching Kohberger”.

If I remember correctly, during one of Christopher Whitcomb’s 5,000 interviews he said there’s going to be a documentary featuring law enforcement who believe BK is innocent. He said it would be on a big name network.

Soooo I’m wondering if this will be the one he was talking about?

I guess we’ll see👀☕️🍿
