This a message from DG and his explanation of the written report regarding the location of the knife sheath. He’s claiming it’s an error in how the report has been written 🤔 and how it’s interpreted.
Kristi commented on Stephanie EsQ over on tik tok and says that of course it’s a mistake as maddie was never on the floor. I’m sorry but how many errors are going to be swept under the rug in this case? Why wasn’t it corrected?
The location of the very item that is meant to be the slam dunk in the case, is full of so called errors. Even the reports where it’s said to be on Maddies left side when viewed from the door and then on Maddies right side when viewed from the door (which would make it in between the girls)
LE checked Maddie when they 1st got to the room. Her leg was off the bed so once the noticed the blood pooling, they backed out. So why didn’t that note the sheath then?

I read through all of Dylan’s statements last night 🙄. I noticed that her original description of the mask was that it covered his mouth. She could she his nose (as she mentions and also told Bethany that he had a big nose)
There’s a drawing on her mood board that resembled what she was describing that I’ve included.
Then in a later interview with Gooch, Gooch describes to her a balaclava that narcotics may use in raids to protect their identities. (Picture included)
Then there’s another interview with Erin Williamson where Dylan then draws a picture of what she thinks she saw. That balaclava is just how Gooch describes the one narcotics use ( all face covered apart from eyes, photo included )
All those interviews and not once was she sure if anything. Every time she says something she follows it up with a “not sure” “can’t be certain” “was out of it”
She also says that she went home that night with lakelynn because lake was so intoxicated and had drank way more than her. They got a sobro because lake was having difficulty walking.
She then says that lake must have sobered up as she went home alone and walked. So in the space of less than 1hr, lake was sober enough to walk home alone. Yet Dylan had drank considerably less, fell asleep and was still out of it? I’m sorry but if you’re that drunk, you don’t get into bed, fall asleep and then wake up shortly after when kaylee and Bethany came home, go up to their rooms and stay awake for a while when you get back in to bed.
Theres also her claiming she messaged Quinn. Why isn’t that shown in her phone records? It sounds like it was before she went to Bethany’s room but I’m not 100%. She also said at some point, she didn’t call anyone outside of the house to tell them what was going on until after 10am.
One other statement that she made that morning, was that she phoned hunter after seeing her friend lying there because they were scared. She never mentions that again though.
Dr Turvey first mentioned a few weeks ago, that kaylee had wounds to her neck (sliced). After reading the autopsy reports last night, I noticed the mention of what Turvey had referred to.
Here’s the part where it describes the wounds and here’s the photo of Dylan’s board in her room where she has a drawing of a neck with 2 very similar looking marks to what is described in the autopsy report.

Amber Vance clipped some of julez latest video of jacks interview. It’s a longer interview where they’re talking about this call thats still dividing people on whether it happened or didn’t happen.
I’ve seen the other clips that still say that call didn’t happen 🤷🏻♀️. Anyway, here’s ambers video. At 1st I thought that the mention of the call being 16.88 minutes long was wrong. So I looked it up. It converts to 16.52 minutes and could be from a phone dump that LE is reading it from. Which makes it more likely that the call was real if that’s where LE were relaying the info from.

I thought I’d post this so that people who haven’t bought the book, can see what a lot of the book focuses on
The last chapter really ties it together (for me anyway). It tells you what he focuses on in the book and what his main issues are with the case. I think most will agree that a lot of it are things that have been issues with us as well when we discuss the case.
He holds off saying things straight out about certain parts and like many have said, you have to read between the lines. I'm guessing thats down to what he can say without being sued.
I found the book really good. Yes theres a few details that are wrong but I'm not sure if that's because it's in the files he's reading or down to a mistake on his behalf. He does mention a couple of things in the investigation that had been said by LE and then proven wrong yet never corrected by LE.
Like Bryan not using his card after a certain date etc.
All in all, I think he hits on things that make us realise we're not going crazy when we wonder WHY? If that makes any sense.
