Hello, my fiance was doing a 4 year uni apprenticeship for NHS. Before she started there was lots of jobs, now the NHS is doing a hiring freeze for physiotherapists. For most jobs she needs a pin? (A code you get once you graduated but it can take 2 months to come through and she graduates in December)

On the initial description of the job it said you would get a guaranteed interview for band 5. She recently asked about this and got told that they could not guarantee this and they don’t think they can keep her on past December due to budgets.

She did receive and sign a letter that said the following:

“I am writing to confirm the changes to your current terms and conditions of employment. These
changes will be effective as from 1-Feb-2023. This is a Fixed term: 4 years (post holder will be
expected to complete a 4 year BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree Apprenticeship programme.)
contract ending on 1-Feb-2027”

Does this mean they can’t stop the contract at December, they must wait till February?

I’ve told her to join a union, would they pick the case up straight away or would they need a grace period?

We are based in England, I’d really appreciate any help/ advice

Hello! I’ve bought my first Kroots from having space marines. I was hoping to have some water themed kroots, mixed with some fire and earth etc. however I don’t know if this would look weird? Or if it would look cool them all mixed. Did anyone do this and do you have photos?
