Bastard in a pickup t boned my classic 05 today 🤬 cherish every day you have with yours 😭

So very sad. I love this car. Insurance will prolly total it but hopefully I can keep it and fix it. Still drove well & true afterwards at highway speeds but now the door won’t open anymore. 94,000 amazing miles together. 5 speed manual super base model rollup windows, no ac, minimal electronics. Simple and reliable

Haven’t been able to find anything about this one.

No tags, single stitch. The front and back graphic appear to be two different printing methods. Any help would be appreciated. Thank yew

Whats the most patinated piece you’ve found?

All 3 are Gorham. Shiny silver is cool but theres something special about the deep black toning.

When to preemptively replace the clutch?

2005 focus 5 speed currently at 146,***; ive owned it since it had 70k. Got it from an older couple in ‘21 so still on the original clutch I assume.

Drives well and is reliable but have noticed recently especially in hot weather the clutch pedal seems to engage only at the very end of its travel and also acceleration is a bit sluggish at times. In cooler weather it seems fine.

I do drive it pretty hard because its fun. If i drive more reasonably it usually seems fine.

Should I get the parts and replace the clutch (first time 👉🏽👈🏽) now during summer instead of it blowing sometime during next winter when it’s snowing and cold as bricks?

This is my second manual car and have never experienced a clutch failure/know the signs to look out for.
