Im so stupid for this. I didn't notice it's not mine and just instinctively grabbed it and had a sip. Now, I don't know how much I got glutened and if my symptoms are psychosomatic or not.

It started few months ago. Took me a while to notice, but when I compared his old text with new ones, it was so obvious. It was like two different people.

I didn't confronted him about it, as he would deny this and act like a best parent ever. It's sad, but it just proves how little he cares about our relationship.
