Anyone explain to me why there would be a problem getting Frieren season 2 in English?

First off all I want to say that all of this is Chinese to me, I am a client, I don’t make servers or whatnot, my dad just give 8 bucks to a work colleague to get anything we want

About a week or two ago I asked him to get Frieren, season 2 in English but he only was able to get it to me in French and Japanese and told me that it was very difficult to get the English version

Basically I’m trying to understand why Frieren specifically, he had no issues getting Gate in English and a lot of other tv shows and movies… but not Frieren

So like… explain like I’m five…
