Trying to find Gilded Glass boots T_T

Google has sent me on reddit threads and most refer to two sources; A high ranking Hlaalu guy that I could theoretically kill, but I don't know exactly where said dude is and I'm playing a glass-wearing member of Hlaalu and don't want to cut any quests off at the knees right now.

The second thing someone said was "in the tombs around Narsis" and I've absolutely raided this place and I've entered every tomb I've come across but I cannot find them.

We've hardly Known this Space - GURPS

My brother and I are introduced to gurps while also having a DnD game by the same DM/GM.

[Fem V] The Operative

This is a first part of a series where I try to replicate the majesty of Fenyr's series of screenshots that often crop up in some of my favorite tactical related armor/clothing mods. I'm aware they likely use an active reshade to really sharpen the image and maybe even a little photoshop on the side, but I can get pretty close.

One trend I notice is he usually uses mundane or smoky backgrounds so I'm doing a casual playthrough of the game and trying to find some smoke or steam from somewhere for me to play with. Harder than I thought it would be.

Recording two things at once?

I want to record a liveplay of a TTRPG with my brother and a GM. I have a webcam set up for my dice tray but I want to record my desktop as well for whatever platform we use (like roll20), character sheet, etc. I really just want to have my desktop and webcam going at once but I'm not sure how to go about this in the settings.

This 'Genre' of Player

I'm curious to this type of player. I usually level my prestiges through Hard (maybe normal for the first three or four levels) and I always get some level 7 Raynor or Arcturus where, despite being one of the unit-spammy commanders, they just refuse to make units? We almost lose the game with these people and they give up and leave for some reason and then I just body the match with their own resources and heroic units with very little issue. Like if they had just stayed and played the game we'd win without issue.

What's with this habit of some players just refusing to build units? This Arcturus had a factory up, he could have been producing Blackhammers. And he just wouldn't, and left. I've seen Raynor's trying to take on Hard/Brutal clusters of enemies with like 20 marines and 2 medics. Make stuff. Make stuff.
