So, i'm on my third company working for an airline. It's been 8 years now. Why is it that store folks are always so grumpy whenever i borrow a tool from them issued under my name anyway. I always try to be friendly and respectful to people, but damn. It's 0600 and whenever i come to stores to get some tools these folks always give me a grumpy face with an attitude, i even try to give them some snacks and stuff from the aircrafts i work on at times but damn. So why are store folks generally more grumpy.

Hello folks, so i was thinking about switching careers and becoming a Dental Technician. The idea of focused work in my own workstation crafting something is what really attracts me. I previously worked as an Aircraft Technician for some airlines for 7 years and i just got burnt out, mentally, physically and ... quite literally. I've got an artistic background doing drawings and paintings as a hobby and a few commissions. I'm also quite techy as a computer enthusiast who likes to tinker with parts and softwares.

I'm doing some self study right now about random stuff i hear from friends and relatives like shade guides, dental materials like porcelains, zirconia, the new dental technology like CAD/CAMs, Exocad, etc.

I'm thinking of doing a formal study/training course, but for now i would appreciate some information on what i should start with. Some subjects to look into, books, video links, etc. as someone who is diving into this field as a newbie. Should i start with anatomy, materials, etc. Any suggestions on a step by step?

I have some old laptops that barely work anymore and want to dispose them. Does anyone know how and where?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone knows a good way to sell furniture and appliances in one go, mostly big items like bed, fridge, tv, sofa, etc. Bought these items brand new last July, barely used since i live alone and mostly spend time at work. Original price was 6800 and i'm surprised to find out most used furniture buyer companies are offering me 1000-1500 for all of these items when i've already agreed to even below half the price at 3000.
