Hi everyone, i main top, and I'm trying this item after stormsurge with sorc boots. Thanks to the better buildpath and and the total magic pen seems to be an amazing spike, easier than deathcap. The only downside is the AH, i need to sit on trascendence for a while until i get something like riftmaker. Is it not efficient for some reason? Not a very popular item nowdays on vlad.

Hi everyone, I'm a Vlad top main trying to learn Zaheen to get some AD in the champion pool.

I need some advice.

When do you choose Hail of Blades instead of Conqueror? Against Garen or Darius? Trundle and Morde?

I'd also like to ask you for a couple of builds, including a fairly all-around one, especially regarding stridebreaker. Do you use it almost always? As a second item after trinity?

Where is d&d spot? When should i build it compared to most common morde build with rilay and riftmaker?

I'm a top lane main Vlad. I've been trying this build lately:

Runes -> DFT

Cosmic Drive (lasts longer with DFT) -> Sorc Boots -> Stormsurge -> Deathcap

Stormsurge is cheap, with the boots I get to 27 MP quickly and it seems to allow for an earlier spike. With the Cosmic Drive I get +10% MS plus the passive, which makes me miss the ghost less, since top lane is now played at 80% Ignite

In some matchups i build swiftness instead of sorc, and it's very speedy.

Is it just a bait and the Rocketbelt first paired with Stormraider's Surge is still more relevant?

I rented an SUV in Montreal for a couple of weeks with Alamo and saw that CDW with excess is included. How much does a full insurance option to remove the excess cost on average per day? It's hard to find some information about that and it doesn't appear to be a bookable option on the site.
