A few days ago, I posted that I was considering returning my MacBook Neo because of the issues I was having. A lot of people genuinely helped me figure it out, so I wanted to come back and share what the problem was.
I went to Apple directly to get it checked out, and they told me the issue was the transferred files. I kept transferring all the files from my Lenovo to Mac during the initial setup and even after I reset it, I did it again, thinking that wasn’t the cause, since the feature is available on the startup screen. I guess it’s just not the recommended way to start a new MacBook.
It’s been 2 days since then, I’ve been able to download everything I wanted. And I’m definitely not regretting the decision at all. such a great laptop! Once again Thank You to everyone who helped.
